CHESTERFIELD - Police are seeking a male suspect who used a cell phone to film a woman without her consent at the Target at 2530 Weir Road on Tuesday, April 1.
At about 9:40 a.m., police said, the victim was in a fitting room when she saw a hand holding a cell phone under the stall door. She opened the stall door and confronted the suspect, who walked away and exited the store.
The suspect was described as a black male, about 23-27 years old and 5 feet 11 inches tall. He had brown eyes, black hair and a medium complexion. He was wearing a gray jacket and blue jeans. His vehicle, described as a black, four-door car, is believed to be a 2000-2007 Chevrolet Monte Carlo.
