Man charged with aggravated assault
Christopher Quintana, 25, of Rome was recently charged with aggravated assault, criminal mischief, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct and harassment, police said.
The charges stem from an incident which occurred at 9:36 p.m. Friday at Jackson's trailer court in Wysox Township, police said.
The incident began when Quintana became involved in an argument with three women, ages 26, 27 and 32, police said.
Two of the women were seated inside a vehicle when Quintana began to punch the windows in an attempt to break them, police said.
He was unsuccessful, and he then grabbed a large rock and smashed a back window on each side of the vehicle, police said.
He then threw the rock through the back window and also kicked the back driver's side door, causing more damage, police said.
Quintana was arrested and arraigned before Athens Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw, police said.
Quintana was then sent to the Bradford County jail in lieu of $75,000 bail, state police at Towanda said.
Woman charged with recklessly endangering
Kelsey Parsell, 30, of Towanda was recently charged with defrauding secured creditors and recklessly endangering another person, police said.
The charges stem from an incident in which a 42-year-old woman from eastern Pennsylvania tried to repo Parsell's vehicle, police said.
When the woman from eastern Pennsylvania identified herself, Parsell put the vehicle in reverse, struck the victim in the right leg, and fled the scene, police said.
The incident occurred at 8:30 p.m. on May 21 on Barrett Road in Asylum Township, according to the state police at Towanda.
Non-traffic citation filed against AT&T in Wysox Twp.
A non-traffic citation related to the control of alarm devices has been filed against the AT&T store in the Bradford Towne Center in Wysox Township, police said.
The citation was filed after the store had six false burglar alarms between July 19, 2013 and May 22, 2014, police said.
The six false alarms are above the number allowed in a 12-month period, police said.
Theft occurs in Wysox Twp.
Someone recently stole a gas grill propane tank in Wysox Township, police said.
The tank was stolen from Gary Lee Armitage's side yard, police said.
The theft occurred sometime between 6:30 p.m. on May 20 and 11 a.m. on May 21 in Jackson's trailer park, state police said.

The following person was recently charged with driving under the influence in Bradford County:
Larry Dale Harbst, 26, of Towanda, by the state police, on May 8, at the McDonald's restaurant's drive-thru along U.S. Route 6 in Wysox Township.
