A lost wallet led to a credit card theft and fraud case, and the Chesterfield County/Colonial Heights Crime Solvers program needs your help to solve the crime. Late in the evening of Saturday, March 1, a woman lost her wallet in the parking lot of the Lowe's on Weir Place in Chester. The next day, unauthorized purchases were made using two of her credit cards at the Target in Chester. The illegal transactions totaled more than $1,300. Surveillance cameras at Target captured images of three suspects using the stolen cards. Two were black males and the third was a black female.
