Man faces hearing on aggravated indecent assault
A 59-year-old Elkland, Pa. man has been charged with felony aggravated indecent assault, felony corruption of minors, and misdemeanor indecent assault for reported incidents of inappropriate touching that took place between approximately 4 a.m. March 1 and approximately 9 a.m. June 19 in Springfield Township, according to court papers filed with the office of Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Wilcox of Troy.
Donald Leroy Seeley Sr. faces a preliminary hearing at 1 p.m. July 30 before Wilcox. According to an affidavit, the victims were an 11-year-old, a 5-year-old, and a juvenile who was 3 years old at the time of the incident. Seeley admitted that he touched one of the victims inappropriately, but said he didn't touch the other two.
Wilcox said Seeley had his preliminary arraignment July 15, and his bail was set at $90,000 and wasn't posted. He was committed to the Bradford County Correctional Facility.
Burglaries investigated
State police at Towanda said two burglaries in which prescription medications were taken occurred sometime between 2 p.m. July 4 and 1 a.m. July 5 in the 1800 block of Roaring Run Road in Wells Township.
Police said access was gained into the residences by prying open the front doors. Prescription medications and a set of headphones were taken from one residence, where the burglar or burglars also cracked a television screen. At the other residence, prescription medications were reported stolen, and a mirror was damaged, police said.
Police said the victims were Lonnie Hurd, 54, of Gillett, and Shane Walker, 36, of Gillett.
Police are continuing to investigate and believe both burglaries to be related.

Woman charged with harassment
State police at Towanda said Teresa Lynn Trujillo, 34, of Towanda, was charged with harassment for an incident that took place at 2:30 p.m. July 4 on Covered Bridge Road in Burlington Township.
According to police, Trujillo struck a 63-year-old Towanda man, near his right eye, with her right hand closed fist.
False report made
State police at Towanda said Michael Harrington, 32, of Rome was charged for providing a false report of a motor vehicle theft to Pennsylvania State Police May 24 on Battlecreek Road in Rome Township.
Tires cut
A 73-year-old man told state police at Towanda that someone cut and deflated his tires sometime between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m. June 25 at the Dandy Mini Mart in Wyalusing. Also, the headlights were smashed out, when he returned to the vehicle the next day.

Rubbish scattered
State police at Towanda said William Adams, 26, no address given, and Steven Vanderpool, 20, no address given, are being charged with scattering rubbish, and trespass following an incident that took place at 4 p.m. July 10 in the 700 block of Baker Road in Tuscarora Township.
Police said they drove an ATV, with a trailer full of debris, through the posted property of a 56-year-old man, leaving scattered debris throughout the property.
Man injured
State police at Towanda said William Alvoid, 29, of Wysox, had a minor injury in a one-vehicle accident that occurred at 7:24 p.m. June 24 on Laning Creek Road in Wysox Township.
Police said he was traveling south in a Jeep Cherokee and tried to negotiate a left hand curve in the road, and lost control of his vehicle, which left the roadway and began to travel in the western berm. Then, it began to roll over and went down an embankment, located a short distance from the roadway.
According to police, the vehicle came to rest on its roof. Police said Alvoid refused further medical attention. The vehicle was towed by Benjamin's Towing and Alvoid was cited with a violation of "Driving a Vehicle at a Safe Speed."
One injured
State police at Towanda said one person had a minor injury in a two-vehicle accident that occurred at 10:20 a.m. June 25 on Route 220 in Ulster Township.
Police said drivers involved in the accident were Jacob D. Durland, 27, of Mildred, who was not injured, and Jennifer J. Chilson, 55, of Ulster, who had a minor injury.
According to police, Chilson was stopped in the southbound lane, waiting to make a left turn as Durland, driving a Kenworth W900, approached from behind, traveling southbound, failed to stop and struck the rear of Chilson's Toyota Corolla.
Man exposes himself
State police at Laporte said a 26-year-old man entered the Nittany Market at 4:25 a.m. June 27 on Route 220 in Sonestown, Davidson Township, Sullivan County, and exposed himself to an employee working at the store.

Man charged with DUI
State police at Laporte said DUI and related summary traffic violations were filed against Kyle Savitski, 23, of Mount Carmel, Pa., for an incident that took place sometime between 9:33 p.m. and 9:36 p.m. June 7 on Route 220 in Davidson Township, Sullivan County.
Police said blood-alcohol content results were received, showing him being over the legal limit. Savitski was observed speeding and showed signs of being intoxicated, police said.
Identity theft occurs in Wilmot Twp.
State police said they are investigating a case of identity theft that occurred in Wilmot Township.
Someone used a 71-year-old man's personal information to pay for gas bills, police said.
State police at Towanda said a suspect has been developed in the case.
DUIs
The following people were recently charged with driving while under the influence in Bradford County:
James Rodger Winterringer, 24, of Wysox, by the state police, on May 31 on U.S. Route 6 in Wysox Township. Winterringer showed signs of alcohol intoxication at a traffic stop. A preliminary hearing, which was originally scheduled for Aug. 5 in Wysox District Court, has been postponed to Aug. 26.
Jessica Marie Arnold, 35, of New Albany, by the state police, on June 15, at the intersection of U.S. Route 220 and Franklin Road, in Towanda Township. A blood test revealed that Arnold's blood alcohol content was .142 percent on the day of her arrest.
