State police at Towanda said Dacota Padlock, 22, of Gillett is accused in a criminal mischief/harassment incident that took place at 2 a.m., July 20, on Austinville Road in Columbia Township.
Police said Padlock pushed a 46-year-old Columbia Cross Roads man against the wall and smashed his kitchen chair against the dishwasher. Citations will be filed at the office of Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Wilcox of Troy, police said.
Mailboxes struck
State police at Towanda said someone used a blunt object to strike numerous mailboxes sometime between July 19-20 on Coryland Road and the vicinity in Columbia and Wells townships.

No injuries reported
State police at Towanda said no one was injured in a crash at 6:38 p.m., July 16, on Route 14 at the intersection of Ayers Road and Monkey Run Road in South Creek Township in which a vehicle struck the front porch area of a house.
According to police, drivers involved in the accident were Ryan Ronald Maury, 26, of Gillett, and Phillip Eugene Bacon III, 26, of Gillett.
Police said Maury failed to stop for a properly posted stop sign at the intersection, traveled into the intersection, and was struck by Bacon. After the impact, Bacon exited the east shoulder of the roadway and struck the front porch area of a house, sustaining disabling front-end damage to his vehicle as a result. Maury's Buick Skylark spun 360 degrees counterclockwise and came to final rest in the south travel lane, blocking the intersection and sustaining disabling front-end damage. Both vehicles were towed.
Police said Maury was charged with a violation of "duties at stop signs" through District Court 42-3-01.
No one injured in crash
No injuries were reported in a one-vehicle accident that occurred at 7 a.m., July 16, on Lake Wesauking Road in Rome Township, according to state police at Towanda.
Police said Brian J. McLinko, 43, of Towanda, was traveling north, when a deer ran onto the northbound travel lane from a field on the northbound berm. Police said his vehicle struck the deer with its 12 o'clock position. A passenger in his vehicle was not injured, police said.
Woman injured
State police at Towanda said Barbara L. Clink, 66, of Ulster, had a moderate injury, in a one-vehicle accident July 18 on Lake Wesauking Road in Rome Township.
According to police, she was traveling north, left the roadway, and began to travel in the western berm. Her Chevrolet Malibu subsequently struck a tree head-on, causing disabling damage to the front of the vehicle. She was transported to Memorial Hospital in Towanda for further medical treatment. Her vehicle was towed. She was charged for careless driving, police said.
Citation filed after false alarm
State police at Towanda said a non-traffic citation was filed after state police responded to a fourth false alarm at the Dandy Mini Mart at 4:50 a.m., July 9, in Burlington.
Police said only three such alarms are allowed in a 12-month period. The non-traffic citation was filed in District Court 42-3-03.
Man not injured in crash
State police at Towanda said Thomas W. Darrow, 33, of Sayre, was not injured in a one-vehicle accident that occurred at 4:30 a.m., July 2, on La Barre Road in Rome Township.
Police said he was traveling south, when, for unknown reasons, his Buick Century went off the west side berm and then struck a tree with its left rear quarter panel, continued across the roadway off the east side berm, struck a rock with its undercarriage, continued back onto the roadway for approximately 200 feet, and came to final rest. Police said two juvenile passengers were not injured.
Police said Darrow was charged for a violation of "driving on roadways."
Man arrested in DUI crash
State police at Towanda said Ryan Lee Putnam, 29, of Granville Summit, was not injured in a DUI crash that occurred at 11 a.m., July 2, on Route 514, approximately one-tenth of a mile west of Cole Road in Granville Township.
Police said he lost control of his Dodge Ram 1500, which traveled off the south shoulder of the roadway and struck several mailboxes and a tree. It had sustained disabling damage as a result of the incident and was towed.
According to police, Putnam told police he was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash and was not injured. Police said he displayed signs of impairment/intoxication and was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI and transported to Memorial Hospital in Towanda to submit to a legal blood draw.
Police said charges were filed on Putnam through District Court 42-3-01.
Canoe taken
Lorin Metzger Sr., no age given, of Canton, told state police at Mansfield that someone cut a cable lock and removed a red Old Towne Discovery canoe that was cable locked to a tree on his lots sometime between 3 p.m., June 27, and 5 p.m., July 13, on Austinville Road, Sullivan Township, Tioga County, Pa.
Police said the canoe is 17 feet, 4 inches long.

Man not injured in accident
State police at Mansfield said Todd A. Hamilton, 28, of Monroeton, was not injured in a one-vehicle accident that occurred at 5:18 p.m., July 17, on Bungy Road in Sullivan Township, Tioga County, Pa.
Police said he was stopped in his Freightliner at the intersection of Bungy Road and Route 6, and let off his brakes to turn onto Route 6. The vehicle began traveling backwards on Bungy Road and went into the loose gravel on the west berm of Bungy Road. At that time, the weight of the load shifted and the vehicle overturned onto its passenger side.
Sayre man charged with assault
A Sayre man was recently incarcerated by borough police on a charge of simple assault.
According to information filed with Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw, Robert B. Carlton, 32, was also charged with terroristic threats and harassment.
Police said Carlton used a knife to intimidate a female and threaten bodily harm to another female during an altercation July 30 at his Center Street residence. Carlton then stabbed a wooden table with enough force to cause the knife's blade to stick into the table without support, police said.
When police arrived, Carlton failed to comply with officers' verbal commands until officers threatened to deploy a stun gun on him, according to police.
Carlton was arraigned July 30 by Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark and remanded to the Bradford County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail. Carlton's preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 5.
Sayre man arrested
A Sayre man was recently arrested by borough police on a charge of simple assault.
According to papers filed with Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw, Patrick Joseph Henderson, 23, was also charged with harassment.
Police said Henderson punched a female in the mouth at about 7:49 a.m. during a July 30 dispute at a Cayuta Street residence, causing her lip to bleed and swell.
Henderson was arraigned July 30 and released from the Bradford County Jail on non-monetary bail. Henderson's preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 12.
DUI charges
The following people were recently charged with driving while under the influence in Bradford County:
Cassidy John Austin, 20, of Athens, by Athens Borough police, on June 15, on South Main Street in Athens. Austin has also been charged with driving while under the influence while a minor, consumption of alcohol by a minor, failure to notify authorities of a change of address and failure to keep right. A blood test revealed that Austin's blood alcohol content was .09 percent on the day of his arrest. Austin has been sent a summons to appear Sept. 2 before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw for a preliminary hearing.
Jacob Scott Gilbert, 33, of Sayre, by Sayre Borough police, on July 18, on North Wilbur Avenue in Sayre. Gilbert has also been charged with failure to keep right and operating a vehicle without a valid license. A blood test revealed that Gilbert's blood alcohol content was .20 percent on the day of his arrest. Gilbert has been sent a summons to appear Sept. 2 before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw for a preliminary hearing.
Christian Everett Kovacs, 31, of Athens, by Sayre Borough police, on July 25, on South Lehigh Avenue in Sayre. Kovacs has also been charged with driving with a suspended license, failure to keep right and failure to notify authorities of a change of address. A blood test revealed that Kovacs' blood alcohol content was .14 percent on the day of his arrest. Kovacs has been sent a summons to appear Sept. 2 before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw for a preliminary hearing.
