Wysox man cited for harassment
Tony E. Yates, 26, of Wysox is accused of pushing and shoving a 47-year-old woman and a 55-year-old man at the VFW post in Pike Township, police said.
The incident occurred at 4 p.m. on July 4, state police said.
As a result of this incident, Yates has been cited for harassment, police said.
Burglary occurs in Wysox
A burglary has occurred on a property in the area of 2488 Lake Rd. in Wysox Township, police said.
The property is owned by a 55-year-old Wysox man, state police said.
The burglary occurred sometime between June 15 and July 11, state police said.

Vandalism occurs in Wysox Twp.
Someone recently smashed a light up lawn ornament on the property of 57-year-old Jeffery Benjamin of Wysox Township, police said.
The incident occurred sometime between 5 p.m. on July 28 and 6 a.m. on July 29 on Tulip Lane in Jackson's Trailer Court, police said.

Monroeton man cited for harassment
Timothy Lee Hamm of Monroeton is accused of punching a woman in the back, pulling her hair, grabbing her by the throat and throwing a bowl of noodles at her, police said.
The incident occurred on July 27 at a residence in Franklin Township, state police at Towanda said.
As a result of this incident, the 29-year-old Hamm has been cited for harassment, police said.
Towanda man charged with aggravated assault
Steven James Spencer, 37, of Towanda has been charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, simple assault, disorderly conduct, and harassment, police said.
The charges stem from a July 31 incident in which Spencer struck and shoved a Dushore woman at a location on Bernice Road in Dushore, police said.
Spencer also threatened to shoot the woman several times and even showed her the "AK47" in the trunk of his vehicle, police said.
Spencer also threatened to burn the victim's house down, state police at Laporte said.
Spencer was arraigned on the charges and then sent to the Columbia County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.
