Police did not provide the name of the driver, only saying that the driver was operating a GMC Blazer and was charged.

Police said the driver, Heather N. Selfridge, 33, of Canton, had an injury of unknown severity, and her passenger, Brandon D. Sannan, 28, of Canton, had a minor injury. Another passenger was not injured.

According to police, Selfridge was traveling south on Gleason Road and was negotiating a left curve, when her Jeep Grand Cherokee started to slide in a counterclockwise direction; struck a boulder just off the roadway, west of Gleason Road; and rolled onto its hood, where it came to final rest.

Police said Selfridge was charged with a violation for the crash.

No injuries reported

State police at Mansfield said a Gillett man was not injured in a crash at 12:30 p.m. Aug. 13 on Forest Road in Elk Township, Tioga County, Pa.

Drivers involved in the crash were Shawn Seifried, 42, of Gillett, who was not injured, and Laurence C. Butler, 42, of Wellsboro, who was not injured. There was one passenger in each vehicle, and neither was injured.

According to police, Seifried was traveling east and while passing the other vehicle, which was traveling in the opposite direction, the left side mirror of his vehicle struck the left side mirror of the other vehicle, causing minor damage to both vehicles, which came to a controlled stop. Police said the forestry roadway was narrow.

No one injured in four-vehicle crash

State police at Towanda said no one was injured in a four-vehicle crash at 12:50 p.m. Aug. 22 on Route 6 at Wallace Road in West Burlington Township.

According to police, drivers involved in the crash were Jason Edward Warren, 27, of Ulster, driving a 2005 Freightliner Coronado; Calvin Leon Bristol, 55, of Troy, who was driving a 2004 Ford TR20; Barbara Ann Saxon, 59, of Rome, who was driving a 2008 Nissan Frontier; and Stephanie Stansel Timmerman, 32, of Niles, Mich., who was driving a 2006 Saturn Vue.

Police said Warren was traveling west on Route 6 and lost control of his vehicle on a dry roadway, when trying to bring his vehicle to a stop for slowed/stopped traffic ahead of him.

According to police, his vehicle struck an embankment off the north shoulder of the roadway and subsequently struck Bristol's vehicle, with the driver's side of the cab and the driver's side fuel tank. The impact caused Bristol's vehicle to rear-end Saxon's vehicle, which rear-ended Timmerman's vehicle.

Warren's vehicle and Bristol's vehicle were towed from the scene, and Bradford County EMA examined the diesel fuel leak from the fuel tank of Warren's vehicle, which ruptured during the crash.

The Troy Volunteer Fire Department, Junior's Towing, Furman and Jones Towing, and Western Alliance EMS also assisted.

Police said a citation for a violation of "driving vehicle at safe speed" will be filed on Warren through District Court 42-3-01.

Police said Brackbill was traveling west on Route 6 and Spencer was trying to come onto the roadway from Smile Lane. According to police, a charge for a violation of "vehicle entering or crossing roadway" will be filed on Spencer through District Court 42-3-01.
