SHAMOKIN - Lottie Reiprich, 38, of 620 N. Cleaver St., was cited by Shamokin City Police Cpl. Bryan Primerano for disorderly conduct after an incident at 12:17 a.m. Thursday when she allegedly fought with and threatened Leon Fite at her residence.
