Man charged with trespassing

State police at Towanda said charges of criminal trespass were filed through District Court 42-3-01 on John Baptist Garino, 26, of Gillett, following an incident that took place at 6:23 p.m. Oct. 8 in the downstairs apartment of a residence on Route 14 in Troy Township.

The victim, Britney Ann Granger, 24, of Troy, told police Garino entered her residence without permission and was forced to leave.

Items taken

Lonnie Sick, 46, of Trout Run, told state police at Towanda that someone broke into a camper and stole items sometime between Sept. 27-29 on Cold Springs Road in LeRoy Township.

Residence entered

Wendy Moore, 39, of Troy, told state police at Towanda that someone entered her residence and removed items from within sometime between noon and 3:10 p.m. Oct. 20 on Christmas Lane in Columbia Township.
