TAYLOR POLICE: Officers were dispatched to investigate more than 60 calls between Nov. 1-10.
On Nov. 1, officers were dispatched to investigate a reported burglary in the 100 block of High Street. Police arrested a motorist for driving under the influence (DUI) in the Price Chopper parking lot on Main Street. Officers made a similar arrest in the parking lot of Lucca’s on Main Street. A report of a motor vehicle accident (MVA) sent officers to the 100 block of Union Street.
Officers were dispatched to investigate a report of loose dogs on Colan Court. Police were sent to assist Old Forge officers with a call in the 400 block of Bridge Street. Officers also investigated a report of damage to a vehicle in the Walmart parking lot.
On Nov. 2, officers were dispatched to investigate a report of a domestic dispute in progress in the 1000 block of Phillips Street. Officers were dispatched to investigate a report of juveniles fighting in the 100 block of Storrs Street. Officers were also dispatched to investigate a reported retail theft in the Walmart on Main Street.
On Nov. 3, officers were dispatched to investigate a criminal mischief complaint in the 1300 block of South Main Street. Officers conducted a DUI arrest in the intersection of Davis and Main streets. A reported assault sent officers to the Riverside Elementary School.
On Nov. 4, officers were dispatched to investigate a harassment complaint at the Taylor Hose Co. No. 1 on Union Street. Police investigated a theft from a motor vehicle on Cooper Street. Officers were sent to assist the fire department with a call in the 1000 block of South Main Street. Police also responded to investigate a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 100 block of North Main Street.
On Nov. 5, officers were dispatched to investigate a flimflam complaint in a home in the 600 block of Grove Street. Officers assisted Scranton police with calls on Reynolds Avenue and in an area near Walmart on Main Street. Police were sent to investigate a theft complaint in the 200 block of Main Street. An MVA sent officers to the 700 block of Oak Street. A similar call sent officers to the 200 block of North Main Street.
Police conducted traffic stops in the 800 blocks of South Keyser Avenue and Sibley Avenue. A theft complaint sent officers to a home on Keyser Avenue.
On Nov. 6, officers were dispatched to investigate an activated alarm at the Spirit Halloween store on Main Street. A reported purse theft sent officers to a home in the 1300 block of Main Street. Officers were sent to investigate a trespassing complaint in the 700 block of West Grove Street.
Officers were dispatched to investigate a reported hit-and-run accident on South Main Street. Officers were also sent to investigate a retail theft complaint at the Walmart on Main Street.
On Nov. 7, officers were dispatched to investigate a reported DUI in the 1300 block of Main Street. The driver was arrested. A report of child endangerment was reported to officers at headquarters. Officers were sent to investigate a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 100 block of El Drive Circle. Officers stopped to assist a disabled motorist in the 900 block of Union Street.
A trespassing complaint sent officers to the 1100 block of Main Street. Officers also responded to an MVA in the 600 block of Main Street.
On Nov. 8, officers were dispatched to investigate a reported retail theft in the Walmart on Main Street. A criminal mischief complain sent officers to a home in the 100 block of Storrs Street.
On Nov. 9, officers were dispatched to investigate a retail theft complaint at the Price Chopper on Main Street. A report of a reckless driver sent officers to the Walmart parking lot on Main Street.
On Nov. 10, officers were dispatched to assist Scranton police with a call at the Walmart in Taylor. Officers also issued a traffic citation in the 600 block of Main Street.

On Oct. 27, no police activity was reported.
On Oct. 28, officers were dispatched to a home in the 500 block of Oak Street to
investigate a reported burglary. An activated alarm sent officers to a home in the 400 block of Carter Street. Officers were dispatched to investigate a report of photos on a photographers website in the 200 block of Barber Street. Police also responded to assist Moosic officers with a call in the 200 block of South Main Street.
On Oct. 29, officers were dispatched to investigate a motor vehicle accident in the 900 block of Main Street. A report of juveniles causing a disturbance sent officers to the 400 block of South Main Street. Officers were dispatched to investigate a report of a suspicious noise in the 100 block of Lonesome Road.
On Oct. 30, officers were dispatched to investigate a criminal mischief complaint in the 100 block of Mountain Road. A report of drug paraphernalia sent officers to the 1000 block of Moosic Road. Officers located one female and she was arrested. A dispute between neighbors sent officers to the 800 block of Maple Street. Officers responded to investigate a fraud complaint in the 900 block of Sibley Avenue. An activated alarm sent officers to the 600 block of Dunn Avenue.
On Oct. 31, officers were sent to the 300 block of Vine Street to investigate a criminal mischief complaint. A harassment complaint sent officers to a home in the 400 block of Dunn Avenue. Officers responded to conduct a welfare check in a home on South Milwaukee Avenue. A reported family argument sent officers to a home in the 100 block of Jones Street. Officers also responded to investigate a report of a possible underage drinking party on Casey Drive.On Nov. 1, officers were sent to investigate a criminal mischief complaint in the 200 block of Sanderson Avenue. A reported burglary sent officers to a home in the 700 block of Beech Street. Officers were also sent to investigate a report of a female passed out in the 300 block of upper Powell Street.
On Nov. 2, officers were dispatched to investigate a noise complaint in the 200 block of North Main Street. A reported violation of a protection from abuse order sent officers to a home in the 100 block of Seneca Place.

On Nov. 4, officers were dispatched to assist Moosic police.
On Nov. 5, officers were dispatched to assist emergency medical services with a call in a home in the 100 block of Sussex Street.
