Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett reported the following criminal case resolutions in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

SENTENCED

Amanda Talada, 36, of Towanda, Pa., was sentenced to fines, costs and restitution and Probation for a term of one year, for the offense of Sale or Transfer of a Firearm, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Officer Bryan Bellows of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Talada for the offense on April 17, 2013.

Arthur Everly Jr., 34, Sayre, Pa., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility for 90 days to six months and fines, costs, and restitution of $1,000; he will also lose his driver's license for 18 months, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol. Officer Nathan Ross of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Everly for the offense in April.

Arthur Medina, 32, Athens, Pa., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 90 days, and fines of $2,500.00, plus $500, followed by County Intermediate Punishment for 24 months, for the offenses of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving while License is suspended, a summary offense. Officer Bruce Hoffman of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Medina for the offense in March 2014.

Walter Henry, 59, New Albany, Pa., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility for three years to eight years, followed by seven years of Probation supervision, fines and costs of $1,500, for the offense of Sexual Assault and Indecent Assault, both felonies. Trooper Sean Cooney of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Henry following investigation of an incident that occurred in Albany Township. Henry will have to comply with the Sexual Offender Registration requirements. The Court also imposed the requirements that apply to sexually violent persons.

Robert White, 49, Towanda, Pa., was sentenced to fines of $500 and Probation for a term of 12 months, and a fine of $500, he will also lose his driver's license for six months for the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice & Narcotics Unit arrested White following investigation of an incident that occurred in Franklin Township.

Andrew Rogers, 21, Waverly, N.Y., was sentenced to fines of $700, restitution of $628.25, Probation for a term of 24 months for the offense of Access Device Fraud, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Officer Eric Keir of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Rogers for the offense on Sept. 24, 2013.

Darryl Hankins, 28, Monroeton, Pa., was resentenced following revocation of Probation to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for three months to 23 months, 29 days, fines of $100; he will also lose his driver's license for six months for the offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony.

Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice & Narcotics Unit arrested Hankins following investigation of an incident that occurred in Monroeton Borough.

Peter Ingrassia, 41, Sayre, Pa., was sentenced to fines of $1,000, he will also lose his driver's license for 12 months, and an additional license suspension of 12 months will be imposed for refusal to submit to testing when arrested for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Officer Thomas VanFleet of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Ingrassia for the offense on April 19, 2014.

Lisa Tyler, 53, Meshoppen, Pa., was resentenced following revocation of a sentence of probation to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 90 days to six months, and fines, costs, restitution of $750, she will also lose her driver's license for 12 months, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Trooper George Layou of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Tyler following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wyalusing Township.

Shannon Reid, 39, Sayre, Pa., was sentenced to fines of $500; restitution paid prior to sentencing, Probation for a term of 12 months, for the offense of Theft by Unlawful Taking, a misdemeanor of the first degree.

Chief Daniel Reynolds of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Reid for the offense on June 12, 2014.

GUILTY PLEAS

Jamie Terry, 35, Nescopeck, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of two counts of Harassment. Terry will be sentenced on Dec. 22, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Miranda Musick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Terry following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wells Township.

Richard Johnson, 28, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of False Reports, a misdemeanor of the third degree. Johnson will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Michael Tribendis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Johnson following investigation of an incident that occurred in Monroeton Township on Dec. 10, 2013.

Arthur Everly Jr., 34, Sayre, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Everly was also sentenced on this date. Officer Nathan Ross of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Everly for the offense on April 5, 2014.

Ashley Pollox, 25, Sayre, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Theft by Deception, a misdemeanor. Pollox will be sentenced on Dec. 15, 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Steven Burlingame of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Pollox for the offense on Jan. 13, 2014.

Timothy Hoose, 40, Mainsburg, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Theft by Deception, a felony of the third degree. House will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Christopher Stecik of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested House following investigation of an incident that occurred in Troy Township.

Nikki Strope, 23, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony. Strope will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Strope following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Borough.

Alicia Pedro, 36, Mildred, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Theft, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Pedro will be sentenced on Dec. 22, 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Christopher Schelling of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Pedro following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wysox Township.

John Palfreyman, 35, Ulster, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offenses of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony, Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor and Harassment, a summary offense. Palfreyman will be sentenced on Dec. 18, 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice & Narcotics Unit arrested Palfreyman following investigation of an incident that occurred in Ulster Township.

George Dunn, 30, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Identity Theft, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Dunn will be sentenced on Dec. 22, 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County probation Department. Trooper Jeffrey Creedon of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Dunn following investigation of an incident that occurred in North Towanda Township.

Travis Kinner, 24, Monroeton, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Kinner will be sentenced on Dec. 18, 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Michael Adams of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Kinner following investigation of an incident that occurred in Monroeton Borough.

Jeffrey C. Jackson, 28, formerly of Troy, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Indecent Exposure, a misdemeanor of the second degree and Open Lewdness, a misdemeanor of the third degree. Jackson will be sentenced at a later date, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Miranda Musick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Jackson following investigation of an incident that occurred in West Burlington at the Bradford County Correctional Facility. Jackson was an inmate. His plea was entered by telecommunication from a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility.

ACCELERATED REHABILITATIVE DISPOSITION (ARD)

Kirk Manchester, 65, Rome, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on Probation for a term of nine months. While on probation, Manchester will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Manchester must perform community service with the DUI Litter Bridge and attend a Victim Impact Panel and he will lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 30 days. Trooper David Sweeney of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Manchester for the offense.

Taylor Bauait, 29, Waverly, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation, Bauait will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Lucas must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and he will lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 30 days. Sergeant James Shaw of the Athens Township Police Department filed charges in July 2014 for the offense in Athens Township.

Timothy Cronin, 47, Sayre, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on Probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, Cronin will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Cronin must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel. Officer George Nichols of the Sayre Borough Police Department filed the charges in July 2014, for the offense in Sayre Township.

Heather Powell, 38, Ulster, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on Probation for a term of nine months. While on probation, Powell will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Powell must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and she will lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days. Officer Bryan Bellows of the Towanda Borough Police Department filed the charges in August 2014, for the offense in Towanda Borough.

William Kelsey, 41, Ulster, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on Probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, Kelsey will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Kelsey must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and he will lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days. Officer Travis Snyder of the Sayre Borough Police Department filed the charges in April 2014, for the offense in Sayre Borough.

Cassidy Austin, 21, Athens, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on Probation for a term of nine months. While on probation, Austin will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Austin must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and she will lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for 90 days. Officer Andrew Stevens of the Athens Borough Police Department filed the charges in June 2014, for the offense in Athens Borough.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following person(s) recently entered a plea of Nolo Contendere in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Travis White, 27, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of nolo contendere/no contest to Conspiracy to Commit Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor. White will be sentenced on Dec. 18, 2014, following preparation of a pre-sentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. A no-contest plea is entered where the defendant cannot recall the event but will be held guilty and sentenced. Trooper Robert Hutchison of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested White following investigation of an incident that occurred in North Towanda Township.
