Bullet strikes garage in Troy
According to state police, sometime between the dates of Dec. 12 and Dec. 14, unknown actor fired a rifle that struck a garage belonging to 66-year-old Randall Keith Mohn of Troy.
Burglary occurs in Towanda
A 40-year-old Towanda woman was recently the victim of burglary that occurred at the victim's residence in Towanda.
According to state police, perpetrators entered the victim's residence sometime between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. and stole money from the victim's purse. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police at Towanda.
Man accused of terroristic threats
According to state police, an argument over land took place on Dec. 11 in Granville Summit, when the unidentified male suspect allegedly made terroristic threats to two male victims. The investigation is on-going.
Man uninjured in truck crash
A Middlebury Center man was uninjured following a one vehicle accident that occurred on Dec. 8 in Canton Township.
According to state police, Clifford Smith, 51, was driving east on Spencer road in a 2006 Kenworth truck when he experienced vehicle failure, causing the truck to strike the embankment of the roadway. Smith was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the accident and no charges were filed.
Theft occurs in South Creek
According to state police, on Dec. 10 perpetrators cut down and removed approximately 40 blue spruce trees from a South Creek Township property belonging to a male and female victim, both 62-years-old. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police at (570) 265-2186.
Man charged with harrassment in West Burlington
According to state police, the incident occurred at approximately 10 p.m. on Dec. 17 when Ryan Nathaniel Smith, 21, of Towanda, who was incarcerated in the Bradford County Correctional Facility, threw water on a 21-year-old Mansfield man. Smith was cited for harrassment.
Theft affects Troy Little League
Between Sept. 1 and Nov. 2, unknown actors entered a shed located in Troy Township belonging to a 33-year-old woman and stole items that belonged to the victim and the Troy Little League, according to state police.
Harrassment occurs in Monroeton
State police responded to a report of a physical altercation that occurred at approximately 10 p.m. on Dec. 10. in Monroeton. Upon investigation, it was determined that a 33-year-old male and a 32-year-old female had engaged in a physical altercation and both were subsequently charged with harassment, according to state police.

Ulster woman faces drug charges
An Ulster woman has been charged with possession with the intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled substance as well as possession of a controlled substance following an incident that occurred on March 19 in Towanda.
According to information filed with Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark's office, the charges stem from an incident in which Carrie Marie Labarr, 44, sold 12 Hydrocodone tablets valued at approximately $120 to another individual.
Labarr was arraigned before Clark and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 24.
Man charged after allegedly selling heroin in Towanda
A Towanda man was recently charged with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance; possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility.
According to information filed with Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark's office, Patrick Ryan Gallagher, 24, was charged after selling five packs of heroin valued at approximately $100 to another individual on Aug. 21 in Towanda.
Gallagher was arraigned before Clark in lieu of $2,500 bail and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 24.
Towanda woman faces multiple drug charges
A Towanda woman has been charged with possession with the intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled substance; possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility following two incidences that occurred in Towanda.
According to information filed with Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark's office, Tina Louise Lane, 49, is accused of selling 16 Percocet tablets valued at approximately $240 to another individual on March 4. On March 17, Lane allegedly sold another 10 Percocet tablets valued at $130 to another individual.
Lane was arraigned before Clark in lieu of $5,000 bail and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 26.
Man charged with statutory sexual assault
A Montrose man has also been charged with corruption of minors and disorderly conduct.
According to information filed with Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton's office, the charges stem from an incident that occurred in Wyalusing in which Jacob Tyler Hottle, 18, had sexual contact with an underage female in July.
Hottle was arraigned before Wheaton in lieu of $2,500 bail and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 30.
Drug charges filed for Wysox man
A Wysox man faces charges of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance; criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance following an incident that occurred on Oct. 8 in Wysox.
According to a criminal complaint filed with Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton's office, Logon Carl Abbott, 23, was charged after selling 10 Percocet tablets valued at $120 to another individual.
Abbott was arraigned before Wheaton in lieu of $5,000 bail and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 23.
