DUI charges
The following people were recently charged with driving while under the influence in Bradford County:
Curtis Dylan Opdyke, 23, Troy, by Pennsylvania State Police following a crash that occurred at approximately 4:30 a.m. Dec. 2 on Route 14, approximately one-tenth of a mile north of Newell Road, in Canton Township. Police said he lost control of a Nissan Sentra, which exited the west shoulder of Route 14 and rolled over multiple times.
Opdyke was also charged with careless driving, a violation of "driving vehicle at safe speed," and a lane violation, according to court papers filed with the office of Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Wilcox of Troy.
Police said Opdyke's blood-alcohol content was .142 percent.
Opdyke has a fast track waiver scheduled for Jan. 16 before Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark of Towanda.
Corey Robert Wilber, 23, of Canton, by Canton Borough Police following a traffic stop at 10:48 p.m. Nov. 21 on Lycoming Street in Canton.
Wilber was also charged with a lane violation, according to court papers filed with the office of Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Wilcox of Troy.
Police said Wilber's blood-alcohol content was .280 percent at the time of the draw.
Wilber has a fast track waiver scheduled for Jan. 16 before Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark of Towanda.
