Domestic argument turns physical
Sayre Borough Police reported the arrests of Jennifer M. Terrell, 21, of Sayre, and Paul M. Craig, 34, of Sayre, on Dec. 18, for the charges of simple assault and harassment and as a result of a domestic dispute on S. Wilbur Ave. in Sayre Borough.
Officers were summoned by the accused's boyfriend, Craig, who stated that Terrell came home from the bar and they began to argue. She then became very upset and started to hit him with her fists and kicked him numerous times. Craig told officers that Terrell had broken his cell phone, so he went to a neighbor's to phone police. During the altercation, Terrell told officers Craig had thrown a glass jar at her, causing a cut over her eye.
Both Craig and Terrell were charged with simple assault and harassment and were arraigned on Dec. 18 by Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark and received non-monetary bail. They will return to face these charges at the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas at a later date.
Vandalism results in charges
Troopers with the Pennsylvania State Police were dispatched to the Kmart store in Wysox Township to investigate the report of vandalism of a vehicle. The victim reported sitting in her car when a male, later identified as Elias J. Harrigan, 20, of Towanda, scratched the driver side of her car and then slashed her back tire. The victim watched as Harrigan got into a blue pick up truck and left the parking lot. The victim reported to the state police that she recognized Harrigan as the man who caused the damage. Harrigan later admitted to police that he had scratched the driver side door with a pocket knife and slashed the tire. The amount of the damage and price to repair for the vehicle totaled $1,253.66.
Harrigan was subsequently arrested and charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
Sexual assault reported
Pennsylvania State Police were called to investigate a statutory sexual assault incident reported by Bradford County Children and Youth Services regarding an incident in July 2014. Upon investigation troopers arrested 19-year-old Colton W. Snyder of Rome for engaging in sexual intercourse with an underage participant.
Snyder was arrested and charged with statutory sexual assault, corruption of minors, and disorderly conduct. He was arraigned on Dec. 15 and received $5,000 unsecured bail. He will face these charges at a preliminary hearing at a later date.
Charges filed after argument
State police at Towanda said Crystal Lynn Cambra-Griffin, 26, of Millerton, struck and pushed a 36-year-old Millerton man at 2 a.m. Jan. 1 on Spruce Drive, Whispering Pines Trailer Park, Wells Township, following a verbal argument.
Police said charges were filed in District Court 42-3-01.
Charges filed following crash
State police at Towanda said charges were filed following a DUI roll-over crash that occurred at 9:45 p.m. Dec. 19 on Route 6 in Burlington Township.
Police said Jason Lee Brown, Jr., 21, of Troy was traveling eastbound on Route 6 and failed to maintain control of his vehicle, resulting in a roll-over crash. According to police, he fled the scene on foot, traveling west on Route 6 and was found about a half-mile from the crash. Police said it was discovered that he was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash.
Charges filed following harassment
State police at Towanda said charges were filed through District Court 42-3-01 following a harassment incident that took place at 5:37 p.m. Jan. 2 on Elms Road in Troy Township.
According to police, David E. Pierchorowicz, 59, of Troy, struck a computer monitor, which struck the hand of the victim, Bonita Cunningham, 51, of Troy.
Revolver stolen
State police at Towanda said someone unknown entered a residence at 11 p.m. Dec. 30 in the 1000 block of Springfield Road in Springfield Township, and stole a Taurus Judge revolver .45/410, silver in color, and a gallon jug of coins.
Police said the victim was Robert Toft, 31, no address listed.

Vehicles entered
State police at Towanda said someone unknown broke into four vehicles in the rear parking lot of Wyalusing Hotel between 9 p.m. Jan. 3 and 4 a.m. Jan. 4 in Wyalusing and stole miscellaneous items such as an iPhone 4S, a pellet gun, clothing, and a DIRECTV receiver unit from the vehicles.
The victims were Ashley Fitzwater, 23; Dylan Walaski, 20; Phillip Neally, 29; and Marlon Ladner, 57, no addresses given, according to police.
Police said all vehicles were unlocked at the time of the theft.
