Wyalusing man uninjured after crash
Ryszard Cendrowski, 65, of Wyalusing, crashed his 2003 Pontiac Bonneville at 10:50 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9, according to police.
Cendrowski was driving south on state Route 187 when he crossed over the double yellow line and entered the northbound lane, police said.
The car went back over to the southbound lane and off the road where it hit a metal gate and a tree, police said.
Police said Cendrowski was wearing his seat belt and was not injured.
Police said Cendrowski fled the scene of the crash.
Cendrowski was cited with not obeying traffic lanes.
Albany crash caused by ice
Jerry L. Kipp, 63, of New Albany, was uninjured after losing control of his 2005 Chevrolet Silverado on Stevenson Hill Road in Albany Township, police said.
At about 8:50 p.m. on Friday, Kipp's truck went off the road where it hit a ditch, then a tree, according to police.
Police said Kipp was uninjured and not cited.
Towanda man charged with theft
Kyle Cook, 26, of Towanda, has been charged with several crimes, police said.
Cook was charged with theft by deception, forgery, access device fraud, theft by unlawful taking, and receiving stolen property, police said.
According to police, Brandi Steffen, 24, and Kristie Gehring, 31, both of Rome, found several items missing from their homes between Monday, Jan. 26 and Friday, Jan. 30.
Steffen also noticed her credit card was missing and found fraudulent charges on it, police said.

Rome man victim of fake bank account
Timothy Lee Mowery, 25, of Rome, reported missing funds from his bank account, police said.
Mowery said Western Union Bank told him a fraudulent account was made in his name and money was withdrawn from Mowery's account, police said.
According to police, the funds were withdrawn between Jan. 1 and Feb. 10.
Waverly police employ lifesaving drug
Waverly police officers responded to an emergency call for an unresponsive male with CPR in progress on Feb. 22, at a Waverly residence, police said.
According to police, officers quickly arrived on scene and located the individual who was unresponsive and had stopped breathing. After assessing the scene it was found the individual had overdosed on what was believed to be heroin.
The officers combined using CPR, a portable AED and then administered Naloxone, (Narcan). The man regained consciousness and was taken to the Robert Packer hospital by Greater Valley E.M.S. for further observation.
Naloxone (Narcan) is used to reverse the life-threatening, depression of the respiratory and nervous system which occurs during opioid overdose. Waverly Police began carrying Naloxone in 2014 after receiving training on how to use the substance in the field.
Refusal to leave results in arrest
Adren T. McNitt, age 42 of Wellsburg, N.Y., was arrested on Feb. 21, for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, police reported.
According to police, McNitt was arrested following a call from a local establishment, wherein the caller described that McNitt was reported to be acting disorderly and refused to leave. Officers attempted to get McNitt to leave and remedy the situation at which time he became aggressive and fought with officers.
McNitt was taken before the Waverly Justice Court and remanded to the Tioga County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail. He will return to the village court at a later date to answer to the charges.
DUI charge
The following person was recently charged with driving while under the influence in Bradford County:
Cynthia L. Larson, 44, of Wysox, by the state police, at about 12:45 a.m. on Feb. 7, on Taylor Hill Road in Rome Township. Larson was arrested after she crashed her vehicle at the aforementioned location.
