Disturbance caused
State police at Towanda said Colette Marie Fluck, 50, of Ulster, caused a disturbance, while under the influence of alcohol, at 10:15 p.m. May 5 on Bourne Mills Road in West Burlington Township.
Rubbish scattered
State police at Towanda said someone threw several bags of garbage over an embankment at 10 a.m. May 8 on Lynch Road in Burlington Township.
Police said the victim was Gerald Landis, 54, of Towanda.

No injuries
State police at Towanda said no one was injured in a one-vehicle crash that occurred May 9 on Austinville Road in Columbia Township.
According to police, the driver, Damien M. Avery, 27, of Millerton, was traveling west in a Suzuki Aerio, when he lost control of his vehicle for unknown reasons. Police said it then struck a ditch on the westbound shoulder, with its front end/front passenger side quarter panel area, and came to final rest, facing west on the westbound shoulder of the road.
Police said the driver and the two passengers in the vehicle were not injured.
Citation filed
State police at Towanda said a non-traffic citation for summary public drunkenness has been filed against Keith Reininghaus, 46, of Troy, through Magisterial District Court 42-3-01.
According to police, Reininghaus was walking along Route 6, while under the influence of alcohol to the degree that he may have endangered himself, at approximately 10:27 p.m. May 7 in Troy Township.
Wallet lost
State police at Towanda said an 18-year-old Columbia Cross Roads woman lost a brown-colored women's wallet sometime May 10 at the Mansfield Walmart in Richmond Township, Tioga County, Pa.
Anyone who recovers the wallet should contact state police at Towanda at (570) 265-2186.
Items removed
State police at Towanda said someone entered a PennDOT shed sometime between April 24 and April 27 on Grover Road in Canton Township and removed some items from within the shed.
Police said a suspect has been identified, and is being investigated.
Man charged
State police at Towanda said misdemeanor harassment charges were filed on April 28 against Gary Page, 42, of Millerton, after he sent Helen Parker, 50, of Canton more than 180 unwanted text messages.
Police said the incident took place between 8 a.m. Jan. 3 and 11 p.m. Feb. 11 on Grantier Lane in Canton Township.
Field damaged
State police at Towanda said they are investigating an incident that took place April 11 on Byers Road in South Creek Township in which a 17-year-old Gillett male used a vehicle to damage a farm field owned by a local farmer.
Woman charged with access device fraud
Cheryl J. Nienhueser, 43, of Gillett, faces a preliminary hearing at 3:30 p.m. May 27 before Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Wilcox of Troy on a charge of access device fraud for incidents that took place Feb. 26, Feb. 27, and March 4 on Thompson Hill Road in Ridgebury Township, according to court papers.
The papers note that Cheryl J. Nienhueser used an access device, a bank card, to obtain or attempt to obtain online payments to Tri-Co Electric in the amounts of $300, $300, and $534.32 and Old Navy for $245.09, with the knowledge that the access device was issued to another person, Ira Nienhueser Jr., no age given, of Thompson Hill Road, Gillett, who did not authorize its use.
Wilcox said her ROR bail was set and posted.
