Missing Canton teenager

Heather Nicole Carter, 17, of Canton Township has been declared missing, according to a press release from the Pennsylvania State Police.

Police said Carter has been missing since May 26 at approximately 8:45 p.m., where she was last seen at the Mosher residence on 7 Campbell Lane in Canton. The authorities received a report of Carter's disappearance on May 28, police said.

Police said Carter is described as 5'1", approximately 200 pounds with blonde, shoulder length hair, hazel eyes, and wearing a blue T-shirt and blue jeans.

Anyone with information concerning the location of this individual is encouraged to call state police at (570) 265-2186.

DUI charges

The following people were recently charged with driving while under the influence in Bradford County:

Richard John Presutti III, 22, of Louisville, Ohio, by state police, on May 10, on State Route 6 at its intersection with State Route 187 in Wysox Township.

Presutti has also been charged with hit and run, failing to stay in his lane and careless driving.

On the night of his arrest, a blood test revealed Presutti had a blood alcohol content of .18 percent.

Presutti has been sent a summons to appear before Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark on June 19 at 10:30 a.m. for a preliminary hearing.

Jon Paul Dykes, 46, of Towanda, by state police, on April 11, on Shores Hill Road in Wysox Township.

Dykes has also been charged with trespass by motor vehicle.

On the night of his arrest, a blood test revealed Dykes had a blood alcohol content of .193 percent.

Dykes has been sent a summons to appear before Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark on June 19 at 10:30 a.m. for a preliminary hearing.

Alexanderia Leigh Nez, 28, of Wysox, by state police, on April 20, on State Route 6 in Wysox Township.

Nez has also been charged with driving without a license, failing to stay in her lane, not wearing protective headgear and careless driving.

On the night of her arrest, a blood test revealed Nez had a blood alcohol content of .149 percent.

Nez has been sent a summons to appear before Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark on June 19 at 10:30 a.m. for a preliminary hearing.
