Items taken

State police at Towanda said someone entered the apartment of an 18-year-old woman and a 19-year-old woman sometime between 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. July 12 on Route 14 in Columbia Township, and took items belonging to them.

Windshield shot

State police at Towanda said a 16-year-old Columbia Cross Roads male used a BB gun to shoot the windshield of a white Case 4690 tractor four times at 7 p.m. July 9 on Little York Road in Springfield Township.

Police said the victim was a 42-year-old Columbia Cross Road woman.

Woman to be cited

State police at Towanda said Patricia Davis, 22, of Gillett, was to be cited for summary harassment, with a non-traffic citation, which police said was pending at District Court 42-3-01, for a harassment incident that took place around 11:40 a.m. June 7 at a residence on State Route 4013 in Ridgebury Township.

Police said the victim was a 23-year-old Equinunk, Pa. man, who she subjected to physical contact, with the intent to harass, annoy, or alarm.

Man charged

State police at Towanda said Christopher Stoudt, 27, was recently charged with one count of arrest prior to requisition for having an active full extradition warrant from Vestal Police Department.

Police said he was being housed at the Bradford County Correctional Facility in lieu of $75,000 bail, as he awaited extradition to New York, to face charges there.

Indecent assault reported

State police at Towanda said they are investigating an indecent assault involving an eight-year-old female victim that took place at an unknown date and time in Mt. Pisgah, Troy Township.

Police said someone known to her touched her in a sexual nature.

Indecent assault investigated

State police at Towanda said they are investigating an alleged indecent assault of a two-year-old male victim that occurred between Jan. 1 and Aug. 6 in Burlington Township.

Woman arraigned

State police at Towanda said that Erica Christine Coolbaugh, 23, of Sayre, who was wanted for possession of a controlled substance in Waverly, N.Y., was detained and arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Wilcox of Troy at 2 p.m. Aug. 2 and committed to Bradford County Correctional Facility, where she was awaiting extradition.

Woman found in possession

State police at Towanda said Jennifer Jean Devine, 39, of Towanda, was found in possession of a glass pipe used to smoke a controlled substance at 5:08 p.m. Aug. 1 in West Burlington Township.

Burglary reported

State police at Towanda said that a someone entered the residence of a 21-year-old Lowman, N.Y. woman sometime between 7:45 p.m. Aug. 5 and 8:30 a.m. Aug. 6 on Loomis Street in Gillett, South Creek Township.

Police said an investigation is continuing.

Man arrested

State police at Towanda said Lyle Wesley Brown, 60, of Mountain Avenue, Armenia Township, was arrested for persistent disorderly conduct and committed to Bradford County Correctional Facility at 7:15 p.m. July 16 on Mountain Avenue in Armenia Township.

Police said he created a disturbance.

Woman scammed

State police at Towanda said an 84-year-old woman on Old Kennedy Road in Springfield Township was advised sometime between noon June 27 and 11 a.m. July 1 that she won $4.5 million and a 2013 Mercedes Benz, and was requested to make a payment of $1,200 for a customs fee to have the vehicle delivered.

Police said she made the payment, but never received the vehicle.

Wallet found

State police at Towanda said a passing motorist found a wallet with various cards at 1:30 p.m. July 1 on Route 6 in West Burlington Township.

Man charged with harassment

State police at Towanda said that Damian Colegrove, 30, no address given, was charged with two counts of harassment in District Court 42-3-01 following a harassment incident that took place at 1 p.m. July 23 at the Troy Fair in Troy Township.

Police said there were two victims, a 36-year-old man and a 13-year-old male. Police said Colegrove became upset with one of the victims, struck him in the face, and threw a coffee pot that stuck the other victim in the leg.

Man faces charges

State police at Towanda said that Jared Keeney, 33, of Canton, faces charges of theft of leased property and related offenses for selling a Caterpillar 307C excavator that he had rented from someone months earlier.

Police said the incident took place sometime between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. March 29, 2012, in Springfield Township, and Kenney then sold the rented excavator for $35,000 in Virginia and subsequently stopped making rental payments to the victim.

Man charged with criminal trespass

State police at Towanda said a charge of criminal trespass was filed in District Court 42-3-01 in the name of John B. Garino, 25, of Gillett, who was found to be on the property of a 44-year-old Gillett woman at 3 p.m. July 27 on Route 14 in South Creek Township, while he was not privileged and/or licensed to do so.

Criminal mischief reported

State police at Towanda said troopers were dispatched to East Laurel Lane in Springfield Township for the report of a criminal mischief incident that took place between 6 p.m. July 29 and 4 p.m. July 31.

The victim, a 57-year-old Columbia Cross Roads man, told police that someone broke a garage window with an unknown object, and fled in an unknown direction.
