Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons recently pleaded guilty and were sentenced in Bradford County Magisterial District Courts:

Montana Wickwire, 25, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark to the offense of Possess of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor and was sentenced to a fine of $100, and court costs. Corporal Joseph Mitchell of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Wickwire for the offense on April 15, 2015, following investigation of a Possession of Drug Paraphernalia that occurred in Sheshequin Township.

Suann Dyar, 33, Columbia Cross Roads, Pa., entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Wilcox to the offense of Theft by Unlawful Taking, a misdemeanor of the third degree and was sentenced to a fine of $100 plus court costs. Trooper Steve Steranski of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Dyar for the offense on July 22, 2014, following investigation of a Theft that occurred in Springfield Township.

Jason Marshall, 47, Roaring Branch, Pa., entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Wilcox to the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor of the third degree and was sentenced to a fine of $150 plus court costs. Officer Trey Kurtz of the Canton Borough Police Department arrested Marshall for the offense on June 12, 2015, following investigation of a possession of drug paraphernalia that occurred in Canton Borough.

Heather Shedden, 25, Canton, Pa., entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Wilcox to the offense of Theft by Unlawful Taking, a misdemeanor of the third degree and was sentenced to restitution in the amount of $150 plus court costs. Officer Trey Kurtz of the Canton Borough Police Department arrested Shedden for the offense on May 17, 2015, following investigation of a Theft that occurred in Canton Borough.

Christopher Evans, 20, Canton, Pa., entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Wilcox, to the offense of Theft by Unlawful Taking, a misdemeanor of the third degree and was sentenced to restitution in the amount of $150 plus court costs. Officer Trey Kurtz of the Canton Borough Police Department arrested Evans for the offense on May 17, 2015, following investigation of a Theft that occurred in Canton Borough.

Shenane Reico, 23, Canton, Pa., entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Wilcox, to the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor and was sentenced to time served, plus court costs. Trooper David Sweeney of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Reico for the offense on Jan. 27, 2015, following investigation of a possession of drug paraphernalia that occurred in Canton Township.

District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett reported that the following persons were recently sentenced in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Thomas Minder, 26, of Lawrenceville, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 30 days to 12 months, followed by Probation supervision for a term of 12 months, $800 fines, plus court costs, and $3,870 in restitution, for the offenses of Simple Assault, a misdemeanor of the second degree, Recklessly Endangering another Person, also a misdemeanor second degree, and Harassment and Disorderly Conduct both summary offenses. Chief Douglas Seeley of the Canton Borough Police Department arrested Minder for the offenses in February 2015.

Nicole Searles, 34, Waverly, N.Y., was sentenced to imprisonment in Bradford County Correctional Facility for nine days to 12 months, followed by Probation supervision for a term of 24 months, fines of $1,800, plus court costs, and buy money of $200.00, she will also lose her driver's license for 18 months, for the offenses of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony, Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor and two counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, both misdemeanors. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Searles following investigation of an incident that occurred in Athens Township.

Roberto Molino, 37, Canton, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for five days to six months, fines of $750, plus court costs, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol. Sergeant Trey Kurtz of the Canton Borough Police Department arrested Molino for the offense on Jan. 17, 2015.

Nancy Benjamin, 26, Towanda, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for two months, plus 43 days to 23 months, 29 days, fines of $500, plus court costs, for the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Officer Corey McLinko from the Towanda Borough Police Department and Officer Keith Stackhouse of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Benjamin for the offense in October 2014 and April 2015.

Nicholas Hughes, 22, Towanda, Pa., was sentenced to Probation supervision for a term of 12 month, fines of $250.00, plus court costs, for the offenses of Harassment, a summary offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Officer Corey McLinko from the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Hughes for the offense in June 2015.

Nicholas Hughes, 22, Towanda, Pa., was resentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 49 days, flat, County Intermediate Punishment for 24 months - County Intermediate Punishment involves a combination of restrictions and supervision; it may include home confinement, electronic monitor, and substance abuse treatment; violations can result in incarceration - fines of $750, plus court costs, restitution of $460. Hughes was resentenced for the offenses of Possession with Intent to deliver, a felony and Possession of a controlled Substance, a misdemeanor. Trooper Mike Adams of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Hughes following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wysox Township in September 2014.

David Burdick, 32, of Towanda, Pa., was sentenced to fines of $100 plus court costs, for the offense of Accident Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle or Property, a misdemeanor of the third degree. Officer Joshua Lake of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Burdick for the offense in March 2015.

Peter Venegas, 33, Waverly, N.Y., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 49 days, flat, County Intermediate Punishment for nine months - County Intermediate Punishment involves a combination of restrictions and supervision; it may include home confinement, electronic monitor, and substance abuse treatment; violations can result in incarceration - fines of $250, plus court costs, for the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Mitchel Smith, 19, of Canton, Pa., was sentenced to Probation supervision for a term of 12 months, fines of $300 plus court costs, for the offense of Retail Theft, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Officer John Fedorchak of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Smith for the offense in January 2015.

Walter Reynolds, 27, of Monroeton, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility for 12 months to 36 months, fines of $500 plus court costs, for the offense of Burglary, a felony of the first degree. Trooper Keith Roman of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Reynolds following investigation of an incident that occurred in Monroe Township in January 2015.

Roy Kelley, 42, Towanda, Pa., was resentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for two months to four months, fines of $500, plus court costs, for the offense of Resisting Arrest, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Officer Ryan Edsell and Officer Joshua Lake both of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Kelley for the offense in April 2013.

Michael Losey, 43, of Canton, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for three months to 11 months, 29 days, fines $250, plus court costs for the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Trooper Robert Edgerton of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Losey following investigation of an incident that occurred in Alba Borough in October 2014.

Kyle Tice, 24, of Covington, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional for 30 days to 17 months, 29 days, fines of $200, plus court costs, Tice was resentenced after his probation was revoked, for the offense of Theft, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Officer Quentin Reinford of the Canton Borough Police Department arrested Tice for the offense on April 24, 2014.

Travis Kitchen, 43, of Rome, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility for 24 months to 48 months, fines of $500. Kitchen will also lose his driver's license for six months. Kitchen was resentenced following a remand from Superior Court, for the offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Kitchen following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wysox Township.

Derrick Seeley, 31, of Sayre, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility for 15 months to 30 months, fines of $1,000 plus court costs; he will also lose his driver's license for six months. Seeley was resentenced for the offenses of Possession with Intent to Deliver, a felony and Liquefied Ammonia Precursors, also a felony offense. Officer Bruce Hoffman of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Seeley for the offense on Nov. 30, 2014.

Michael Rinebold, 49, of Sayre, Pa., was sentenced to State Intermediate Punishment for 24 months. State Intermediate Punishment is a two year program. It begins with at least seven months of regular state prison, followed by custody in a drug/alcohol addiction center, followed by restricted living in a residential program. The prison administration must be satisfied that the prisoner has made progress in rehabilitation from substance abuse. If not, the prisoner will be dismissed from S.I P. and resentenced. If the S.I.P. program is completed, the prisoner will be under probation supervision for two additional years and checked regularly for drug or alcohol use. If he violated during those two years, Probation will be revoked and if there is a violation more incarceration will be imposed, fines of $5000, plus court costs, he will also lose his driver's license for 36 months; there will be an additional license suspension of 18 months imposed for refusal to submit to testing when arrested. Rinebold was arrested for the offense of two counts of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Officer John Fedorchak and Officer Jason Serfas both of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Rinebold for the offenses on Oct. 8, 2014 and Oct. 14, 2014.

Bradford County District Attorney, Daniel J. Barrett reported that the following persons recently entered guilty pleas in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

John V. Grattolino, 62, of Sayre, Pa., was found guilty of Recklessly Endangering another Person at a jury trial in Towanda. Officer Nikki Hoffman of the Sayre Police Department arrested Grattolino on Dec. 28, 2014, after an incident in South Waverly. Grattolino will be sentenced on Oct. 15, 2014, after a presentence investigation is prepared by the Bradford County Probation Department.

Jason White, 23, Athens, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Aggravated Indecent Assault, a felony of the first degree. White will be sentenced, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Nikki Hoffman of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested White for the offense in February 2015.

Robert Kolovich, 57, Northumberland, Pa., was found guilty after a Jury Trial of Deceptive Business Practices, a felony of the third degree, Deceptive or Fraudulent Business Practices, also a felony of the third degree, Theft by Deception, also a felony of the third degree, and Receiving Stolen Property, a felony of the third degree. Kolovich will be sentenced on a date to be determined, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Michael Tribendis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Kolovich following investigation of an incident that occurred in Leroy Township.

Nicholas Hughes, 22, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Harassment a summary offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Officer McLinko of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Hughes for the offense in June 2015.

Jon Crawford, 25, Canton, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Theft by Unlawful Taking, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Crawford will be sentenced on Sept. 28, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Gabriel Paduck of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Crawford following investigation of an incident that occurred in Overton Township in March 2015.

Stormi Coyne, 37, Sayre, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, also a misdemeanor. Coyne will be sentenced on Sept. 28, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Nathan Ross of the Sayre Borough Police Department and Sergeant Keith Stackhouse of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Coyne for the offenses in April 2015.

Nicole Searles, 34, Waverly, N.Y., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony. Searles will be sentenced on Aug. 6, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Douglas following investigation of an incident that occurred in Athens Township.

Tamara Mosher, 25, Elmira, N.Y., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor. Mosher will be sentenced on Sept. 28, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Bruce Hoffman of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Mosher for the offense on Feb. 3, 2015.

Gary Joslyn Jr., 42, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Joslyn will be sentenced on Sept. 28, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Corey McLinko of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Joslyn for the offense on March 7, 2015.

Nikki Vandyke, 36, Athens, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Retail Theft, grading to be determined, Possession of a controlled Substance, a misdemeanor. Vandyke will be sentenced on Sept. 28, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Thomas VanFleet of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Vandyke for the offense on March 17, 2015.
