Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett reported that the following persons were recently sentenced in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:
Joshua Woodruff, 21, Wysox, Pa., was sentenced to Probation supervision for a term of 12 months, fines of $150, plus court costs, for the offense of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Trooper William McDermott of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Woodruff following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wysox Township.
Anthony Sidonio, 24, Rehoboth, Del., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for four months to 23 months, 29 days, followed by Probation supervision for a term of three years, fines of $1,500, plus court costs; he will also lose his driver's license for 18 months for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Officer Rich Horton of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Sidonio for the offense on Oct. 18, 2014.
Kelly Hart, 45, Towanda, Pa., was re-sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 177 days to 18 months, fines of $450, plus court costs, for the offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, also a misdemeanor. Sergeant David Lantz of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Hart for the offense in May 2013.
Randolph Potter, 50, Towanda, Pa., was sentenced to Probation supervision for a term of 12 months, fines of $400 plus court costs, for the offenses of Criminal Trespass, a misdemeanor of the third degree, and Public Drunkenness, a summary offense. Officer John Werner of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Potter for the offense in November 2014.
Kyle Cook, 27, Towanda, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 20 days to 18 months, fines of $300, plus court costs for the offense of Theft by Unlawful Taking, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Trooper Michael O'Boyle of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Cook following investigation of an incident that occurred in Rome Borough in February 2015.
Donald Mochrie, 44, Milan, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 45 days (flat), fines of $300 plus court costs and restitution of $521.31, for the offense of Disorderly Conduct, a summary offense. Trooper Joshua Fisher of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Mochrie following investigation of an incident that occurred in Smithfield Township in July 2014.
Eamon Daley, 23, Lebanon, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 45 days (flat), County Intermediate Punishment for 24 months (County Intermediate Punishment involves a combination of restrictions and supervision; it may include home confinement, electronic monitor, and substance abuse treatment; violations can result in incarceration) fines of $1,500, plus court costs, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Officer Derek Dekar of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested Daley for the offense in February 2015.
Justin Hover, 21, Sayre, Pa., was resentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 98 days to 12 months, fines of $200, plus court costs, restitution of $3,000, for the offense of Theft by Unlawful Taking, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Officer Thomas VanFleet of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Hover for the offense in May 2014.
Rebecca Crane, 28, Waverly, N.Y., was sentenced to Probation supervision for a term of 24 months, fines of $1,000, plus court costs, for the offense of Conspiracy to Commit Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony. Officer Nikki Hoffman of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested Crane for the offense in June 2014.
Kevin Hoose, 24, Sayre, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility for 24 months to 60 months, for the offense of Persons not to Possess a Firearm, a felony of the second degree. Officer Thomas VanFleet of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Hoose for the offense in December 2014.
Levi Cole, 20, Troy, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 10 days to six months, fines of $300, plus court costs, for the offense of Possession of drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Chief Doug Seeley of the Canton Borough Police Department arrested Crane for the offense in January 2015.
Porshea Moore, 30, Waverly, N.Y., was sentenced to Probation supervision for a term of 12 months, fines of $2,500, plus court costs and restitution, for the offense of Theft by unlawful taking, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Officer Daniel Thomas of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Moore for the offense in April 2015.
Edward Howard, 49, Sayre, Pa., was sentenced to State Intermediate Punishment 24 months (State Intermediate Punishment is a two year program; it begins with at least seven months of regular state prison, followed by custody in a drug/alcohol addiction center, followed by restricted living in a residential program; the prison administration must be satisfied that the prisoner has made progress in rehabilitation from substance abuse; if not, the prisoner will be dismissed from S.I.P. and resentenced; if the S.I.P. program is completed, the prisoner will be under probation supervision for two additional years and checked regularly for drug or alcohol use; if he violated during those two years, Probation will be revoked and if there is a violation more incarceration will be imposed) fines of $500, plus court costs, for the offense of Persons not to Possess a Firearm, a felony of the second degree. Deputy Brian Wibirt of the Bradford County Sheriff's Department arrested Howard for the offense in October 2014.

Scott Teeter, 28, Athens, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, a felony. Teeter will be sentenced on Oct. 22, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Mike Adams of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Teeter following investigation of an incident that occurred in Athens Township in February 2015.
April Duva, 32, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to Retail Theft, misdemeanor of the second degree. Duva will be sentenced on Oct. 22, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Keith Stackhouse of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Duva for the offense in March 2015.
Ryan Castle, 29, Troy, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Castle will be sentenced on Oct. 22, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Chris Schelling of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Castle following investigation of an incident that occurred in Troy Township in January 2015.
Tontalao Grover, 44, Sayre, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offenses of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony and Retail Theft, a felony of the third degree. Grover will be sentenced on Oct. 22, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Robert Hutchison of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Grover following investigation of the Delivery charge that occurred in Athens Township in December 2014. Officer Jason Serfass of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Grover for the Retail Theft charge in May 2015.
James Kithcart, 27, Wysox, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Kithcart will be sentenced on Oct. 22, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Ryan Edsell of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Kithcart for the offense in March 2015.
Anita Evans, 20, Troy, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Evans will be sentenced on Nov. 5, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Andrew Stevens of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested Evans for the offense on March 7, 2015.
Sarah Dunbar, 28, Athens, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession with Intent to deliver a Controlled Substance, a felony. Dunbar will be sentenced on Oct. 22, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Dunbar following investigation of an incident that occurred in Athens Township.
Tristan Cheatle, 19, McConnellsburg, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of delivery of a controlled Substance, a felony. Cheatle will be sentenced on Oct. 22, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Leasa Freije, 44, State College, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, Freije will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Freije must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and she will lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days. Trooper Joseph Bufalino of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Freije for the offense in Burlington Township in April 2015.
Libby Jones, 31, Troy, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation Jones will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Jones must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and she will lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days. Trooper Caroline Rayeski of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Jones for the offense in Troy Township in March 2015.
Nathan Murray, 40, Wyalusing, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation Murray will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Murray must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and he will lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days. Trooper William McDermott of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Murray for the offense in Wyalusing Township in May 2015.
Christine Hadlock, 34, Barton, N.Y., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation Hadlock will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Hadlock must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and she will lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days. Officer Bruce Hoffman of the Sayre Borough Police Department filed the charges in April 2015, for the offense in Sayre Borough.
Margot Chilson, 51, Waverly, N.Y., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation Chilson will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Alexanderia Nez, 29, Wysox, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation Nez will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Nez must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and she will lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for 30 days. Shane L. Collins, 30, Canton, Pa., entered a plea of nolo contendere/no contest to Criminal Trespass, a misdemeanor and Theft, a felony of the third degree. Collins will be sentenced on Nov. 5, 2015, following preparation of a pre-sentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. A no-contest plea is entered where the defendant cannot recall the event but will be held guilty and sentenced. Trooper Brandon Allis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Collins following investigation of an incident that occurred in Columbia Township.

Reeves' ARD was revoked for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Trooper James Dughi of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Reeves following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Township.
Jenna Nicholas, 29, Rome, Pa., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 72 hours to six months, fines of $750, plus court costs. Nicholas' ARD was revoked for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Trooper Peter Smith of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Nicholas following investigation of an incident that occurred in Rome Township.
Thomas Fabyan, 26, Towanda, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility 90 days (flat). County Intermediate Punishment involves a combination of restrictions and supervision. It may include home confinement, electronic monitor, and substance abuse treatment. Violations can result in incarceration. Fabyan was charged with Terroristic Threats, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Trooper Michael O'Boyle of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Fabyan following investigation of an incident that occurred in North Towanda Township on March 3, 2015.

Ronald Simpson, 45, Red Lion, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for five days to six months, followed by Probation supervision for a term of 24 months, fines of $800, plus court costs; he will also lose his driver's license for 12 months, an additional license suspension of 18 months will be imposed for refusal to submit to testing when arrested, for the offenses of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor and Recklessly Endangering Another Person, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Trooper Michael Tribendis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Simpson following investigation of an incident that occurred in Troy Township.
Charles Carr, 33, Wellsboro, Pa., was sentenced to Probation supervision for a term of 24 months, fines of $1,000, plus court costs, and restitution of $14,907.33, for the offense of Home Improvement Fraud, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Trooper Jeffrey Sredenschek of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Carr following investigation of an incident that occurred.
Timothy Short, 38, Towanda, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for three months to 12 months, fines of $150, restitution of $500, plus court costs, for the offense of Theft, a misdemeanor of the third degree. Trooper Joshua Fisher of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Short following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wysox Township on Sept. 21, 2014.
William McClintic Sr., 50, Monroeton, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 11 months to 48 months, fines of $1,500, plus court costs; he will also lose his driver's license for six months for the offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, also a misdemeanor. Deputy Donald Stringham of the Bradford County Sheriff's Department arrested McClintic for the offense occurring on Jan. 30, 2015.
Kelly Voorhees, 36, of Mansfield, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in Bradford County Correctional Facility for five days to six months, followed by Probation supervision for a term of 12 months, fines of $800 plus court costs, she will also lose her driver's license for 12 months for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor and Recklessly Endangering Another Person, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Delicati will be sentenced on Oct. 26, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Andrew Stevens of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Delicati for the offense on May 23, 2015.
Amy Austin, 42, Athens, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, one a misdemeanor of the first degree. Austin will be sentenced on Nov. 12, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Derek Dekar of Athens Borough arrested Austin for the offense on Jan. 14, 2015.
Andrew Thomas, 27, Sayre, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, also a misdemeanor. Thomas will be sentenced on Nov. 5, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. While on probation, Eberlin will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Eberlin must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and she will lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days. Officer Thomas VanFleet of the Athens Township Police Department filed the charges on May 28, 2015 for the offense in Athens Township.
Dane Woodruff, 21, Millersville, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. Zachary Keeney, 23, Towanda, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months.
