Waverly man facing child endangerment charges

On Oct. 6, Harold E. Gann, 22, of Waverly, was arrested by Village of Waverly Police on a warrant for misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child in the second degree and second degree harassment, Waverly police said.

Police said the charges stem from a domestic incident that police investigated at 6:45 a.m. on Sept. 24.

Gann is accused of engaging in a physical domestic incident with a female victim while she was holding an infant, police said.

The incident occurred at an apartment/residence in the Village of Waverly, police said.

Gann surrendered himself on Oct. 6 to the Waverly Police on the warrant, police said.

Larceny charges for Waverly man

Village of Waverly Police arrested Mark J. Roberts, 34, of Waverly, on Oct. 6, for misdemeanor petit larceny, Waverly police said.

The arrest came after a police investigation into a reported theft of grocery items from Ted Clark's Busy Market that occurred on Sept. 28, police said.

Roberts was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Village of Waverly Justice Court on Oct. 15.

Criminal mischief occurs in Standing Stone Twp.

State police at Towanda said they are trying to determine who punctured two tires on a vehicle that belongs to Charles M. Deskins of Wysox.

The criminal mischief occurred sometime between 4:15 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Monday, when the vehicle was parked at 375 Goff Road in Standing Stone Township, police said.

Canton man arrested for DUI

Seth M. Perrins, 23, of Canton was recently arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol, police said.

The arrest occurred after Perrins crashed his vehicle on state Route 414 in Franklin Township, just east of state Route 514, state police said. The accident occurred at approximately 1:45 a.m. on Sept. 19, police said.

A blood test revealed that the amount of alcohol in Perrins' blood was over the legal limit at the time of the accident, state police at Towanda said.

DUI charge

The following person was recently charged with driving while under the influence in Bradford County:

Michelle M. Mueller, 25, of Yorktown, N.Y., on July 3, on U.S. Route 220 in Athens Township. Mueller has also been charged with driving on the wrong side of the roadway and careless driving. A blood alcohol and chemical test later revealed Mueller's blood contained 93 nanograms per milliliter of sertraline, 140 nanograms per milliliter of desmethylsertraline, and a blood alcohol content of .19 percent. Mueller has been issued a summons to appear before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw on Nov. 6 for her preliminary hearing.
