■ Haley Lynn Pape, 28, 1124 Route 940, P.O. Box 254, Pocono Pines, arrested Sept. 24 by Detectives John Munley and Harold Zech for promoting prostitution.

■ Jared Bellas, 22, 14003 Airport Drive E8, Clarks Summit, arrested Dec. 1 by South Abington Twp. police for DUI, possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and exceeding max speed limit by 26 mph.

■ Orhan Mavlyudov, 21, 603 Adams Ave., Scranton, arrested Nov. 29 by Dickson City police for possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
