CHESTERFIELD/COLONIAL HEIGHTS - The Chesterfield County/Colonial Heights Crime Solvers program needs your help to identify and find the people responsible for shooting and killing a man three years ago.

On Friday, Nov. 12, 2010, at about 11:40 p.m., officers were called for shots being fired in the area in the 3900 block of Bridget Court. While checking the area, officers found James Patrick Mosley in the parking lot of his townhouse. Mosley had been shot several times. Officers and rescue personnel attempted to resuscitate Mosley, but were unsuccessful. Witnesses described seeing a black male wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt in the area at the time of the shooting. A dark-colored vehicle was also seen leaving the area at a high rate of speed shortly after the shooting.
