Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following people were recently sentenced in the Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:
Lewis C. Comstock, 52, Sayre, Pa., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 72 hours to six months, probation for a term of 18 months, and fines totaling $1000, for the offenses of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Resisting Arrest. Comstock will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 12 months.
Jessica Page, 26, Canton, Pa., was resentenced, following revocation of her original sentence of probation for violation of probation conditions, to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional facility for a term of nine days to six months for the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.
Shaine W. Huffman, 23, Wyalusing, Pa., was sentenced to a total term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 10 days to 12 months, and fines totaling $1500, for two counts of the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Huffman will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 24 months with an additional 12 month suspension for refusal to submit to blood testing.
Jaryell Winfield, 39, Binghamton, N.Y., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility of from three years to seven years, and a fine of $10,000, for the offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Winfield will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for six months.
Christopher Pruyne, 45, Leraysville, Pa., was sentenced to probation for a term of six months, and a fine of $300.00, for the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Pruyne was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $135,298.15.
Darla J. Rockwell, 57, Canton, Pa., was sentenced to County Intermediate Punishment for two years, and a fine of $1500, for the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol; she will also lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for 18 months.

Patrick M. Firestine, 20, Sayre, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Theft from a Motor Vehicle. Firestine will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officers Sean Flynn and Bruce Hoffman of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Firestine for the offense in May 2012.
Shawn A. MacDougall, 36, Wellsville, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. MacDougall will be sentenced on June 29, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Brandon Allis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested MacDougall for the offense following investigation of an incident that occurred in Troy Township.
Robert E. Buckley, 30, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Simple Assault. Buckley will be sentenced on June 20, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer George Nichols of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Buckley for the offense in March 2013.
Thomas E. Pittman, 30, Elmira, N.Y., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver. Pittman will be sentenced on July 1, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. An Agent of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Pittman for the offense in June 2012 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Sayre Borough.
Elyssa A. Myers, 27, Monroeton, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was immediately sentenced to a term of probation. Trooper Frank Naughton of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Myers for the offense in December 2012 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Monroe Township.
Garrett D. Morgan, 22, Milan, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence of a Controlled Substance. Morgan will be sentenced on June 20, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Corporal Norman Strauss of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Morgan for the offense in December 2012 following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Township.
Jeffrey R. Pearsall Jr., 24, VanEtten, N.Y., entered a plea of guilty to the offenses of Simple Assault and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Pearsall will be sentenced on July 1, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Travis Snyder of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Pearsall for the offense in March 2013.

Mary Blokzyl, 44, Towanda, Pa., charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol in February 2013 by Trooper Frank Naughton of the Pennsylvania State Police, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, Blokzyl will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Blokzyl must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement; she will also lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days.
Brandon D. Cole, 21, Troy, Pa., charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol by Trooper Matthew Grebeck of the Pennsylvania State Police in February 2013, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, Cole will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Cole must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement; he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days.

Fitch, 24, Canton, Pa., charged with the offenses of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Corruption of Minors by Trooper George Layou of the Pennsylvania State Police in February 2013, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 24 months. While on probation, Fitch will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Fitch must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement.
Donald S. Blain, 59, Athens, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol in February 2013 by Sergeant James Shaw of the Athens Township Police Department, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation, Blain will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Blain must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement; he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 30 days.
Malinda S. Myers, 25, Waverly, N.Y., charged with the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in August 2012 by Officer Derek Watkins of the Sayre Borough Police Department, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation, Myers will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Myers must perform community service as a condition of ARD placement.
Mark D. Conner, 31, New Albany, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol in February 2013 by Trooper George Layou of the Pennsylvania State Police, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, Conner will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Conner must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement; he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days.

Patrick Firestine, 19, Endicott, N.Y., was sentenced to Probation for a term of 18 months, for the offenses of Theft from a Motor Vehicle. Firestine was incarcerated for seven weeks on the charges. Officer Sean Flynn of the Sayre Police Department arrested Firestine in June 2012 following an investigation of incidents in Sayre and South Waverly.
Jonathan Lattari, 40, Waverly, N.Y., was sentenced to County Intermediate Punishment and a fine totaling $2000.00. He will also lose his driver's license for 36 months, for two counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
Tina Luckman, 41, Milan, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from seven months to 17 and a half months, and a fine of $500. She will also lose his driver's license for six months, for the offenses of Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
Bobby Jones, 42, Cambridge Springs, Pa., was sentenced to a total term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from five days to six months, and a fine of $3000. He will also lose his driver's license for 12 months, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor.
Jennifer Craig, 30, Sayre, Pa., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 90 days to 36 months, and a fine $1500. He will also lose her driver's license for 18 months, for the offenses of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol.
Rosemarie Grogan, 40, Towanda, Pa., was sentenced to a term of Probation for a term of 18 months. She was also ordered to pay restitution of reimbursement buy money of $200. She will also lose her driver's license for six months, for the offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony.

Scott Yates, 47, Wysox, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor. Yates will be sentenced on July 11, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer John Hennessey of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Yates for the offense on Jan. 31, 2013.
Cory Stillman, 19, Sayre, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of two counts, Theft By Unlawful Taking, both a misdemeanor of the first degree, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Nathan Ross and Travis Snyder both of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Stillman for the offenses in January and March 2012.
Kimberly Branas, 40, Nanticoke, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Theft by Unlawful Taking, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Branas will be sentenced on July 11, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper George Layou of the PA State Police arrested Branas for the offense in January 2013.
Justin Irons, 23, Sayre, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor. Irons will be sentenced on July 11, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Nathan Ross of the Sayre Borough Police arrested Irons for the offense in April 17, 2012.
Caleb Vanderpool, 22, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Theft, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Vanderpool will be sentenced on July 11, 2013, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Nathan Lewis of the PA State Police arrested Vanderpool for the offense in March 2012 and January 2013.

Shane Stout, 18, Columbia Crossroads, Pa., charged with Reckless Endangering, was accepted into the ARD Program and place on probation for a term of 24 months. While on probation Stout will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department. The supervision will include monitoring for the drug or alcohol use.
Additionally, Stout must perform 40 hours community service. Trooper Frank Naughton of the PA State Police arrested Stout for the offence following investigation of a Reckless Endangering that occurred in Springfield Township on Feb. 8, 2013.
Beth Bostwick, 31, Waverly, N.Y., charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, was accepted into the ARD Program and place on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation Bostwick will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department. The supervision will include monitoring for the drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Bostwick must perform 40 hours community service. Officer Richard Horton of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Bostwick for the offence following investigation of an unauthorized use that occurred in Athens Township on Jan. 20, 2013.
