-âJerry Barrett, 64, Hawley, 90 days to six months in the Pike County Correctional Facility, $1,500 fine and 18-month driver's license suspension for DUI on Dec. 31, 2012, in Palmyra Twp.
-âFrank Palma, 67, Scranton, two to 12 months in Pike County Correctional Facility and $500 fine for invasion of privacy between May and June 2002 in Palmyra Twp.
The following were sentenced by Wayne County President Judge Raymond L. Hamill:
-âBrandon Rocco, 19, Carbondale, three years of probation, $4,928.50 in restitution and a drug and alcohol evaluation for theft by unlawful taking on Nov. 28, 2012, in Canaan Twp.
-âMichael B. Loewenstein, 21, Penn Valley, 45 days to 23½ months in the Wayne County Correctional Facility, $10,000 in restitution, undergo a sex offender evaluation and have contact with the victim or any person under 18 for endangering the welfare of children between July 1, 2012, and July 27, 2012, in Preston Twp.
-âChristopher D. Desando, 26, Olyphant, five years of probation, $3,829.44 in restitution, a drug and alcohol evaluation and a mental health evaluation for criminal conspiracy to commit theft between Dec. 29, 2011, and Jan. 7, 2012, in Salem Twp.
-âJohn P. Reck, 34, Honesdale, 20 to 72 months in a state correctional facility and $250 for a DNA sample for criminal trespass and theft by unlawful taking on May 17 in Lake Twp.
-âSean Stinnard, 22, Honesdale, three to 12 months in the Wayne County Correctional Facility, $500 in restitution, $225 fine and 50 hours of community service for accident involving damage to an attended vehicle or property and giving false information on June 7 in Honesdale.
-âJason J. VanValkenburg, 37, Lakeville, 18 to 36 months in a state correctional facility for theft by unlawful taking, criminal mischief and corruption of minors on Aug. 13 in Paupack Twp.
-âDaniel T. Conway, 29, Staten Island, N.Y., 90 days to 60 months in the Wayne County Correctional Facility, $1,500 fine, a drug and alcohol evaluation and an alcohol highway safety program for DUI on Aug. 9 in Berlin Twp.
-âAmerigus Laude Jr., 24, Equinunk, one to 23½ months in the Wayne County Correctional Facility, a drug and alcohol evaluation, 100 hours of community service and $250 for a DNA sample for distributing or selling a noncontrolled substance on Sept. 11, 2012, in Texas Twp.
-âThomas W. Helman Jr., 25, Gouldsboro, one to 36 months in the Wayne County Correctional Facility, $300 fine, a mental health evaluation and an anger management program for terroristic threats on Sept. 21 in Lehigh Twp.
-âCarmine Giannone, 44, Honesdale, 72 hours to six months in the Wayne County Correctional Facility, $1,000 fine, a drug and alcohol evaluation and an alcohol highway safety program, for DUI on Sept. 1 in Manchester Twp.
