-âSherry O'Horo, 46, 128 Hudson St., Jessup, one year's probation for disorderly conduct.
-âJoseph Besten Jr., 39, 147 Upper Powderly St., Carbondale, 90 days' confinement for possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered.
-âDaleshon Jennings, 32, 1021 Wheeler Ave., Scranton, 2½-5 years' state prison for possession with the intent to deliver a drug, possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
-âDavid Wilson, 31, 1765 Brick Ave., Scranton, four months' probation and two months' house arrest for DUI.
-âRaynor Frank West, 64, 422 Parker St., Avoca, six months' house arrest and 54 months' probation for DUI.
-âDavid Arthur Thomas, 53, 135 Valley View Drive, Blakely, six months' probation for disorderly conduct.
-âJason Legg, 31, 350 Washington Ave., Jermyn, one year's probation for simple assault.
-âTravis James Hunter, 25, 50 Center St., Plymouth, 24 days' county prison, time served, for possession of marijuana.
-âMatthew Max Wolfson, 33, 613 E. Lackawanna Ave., Olyphant, 3-23 months' in county prison for possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and recklessly endangering another person.
-âJeffrey Robert Klinko, 25, 812 N. Main St., Archbald, nine months' probation for recklessly endangering another person.
-âLanise Shafe, 35, 525 N. Main St., Scranton, 9-18 months' in county prison and two years probation for endangering the welfare of a child and possession with the intent to deliver a drug.
-âMichael Vaitkus, 39, 411 Smith St., 2nd Floor, Dunmore, 90 days' probation for harassment.
-âSteven Allen Hunsinger Jr., 19, 454 Madison Ave., Jermyn, one month 15 days' intermediate punishment and 45 days' house arrest for harassment.
-âJeremy Hazelton, 34, 844 N. Main Ave., Scranton, two years' probation and six months' house arrest for theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
-âWilliam Rance Gardner, 45, Nicholson, 19-60 months' state prison for criminal trespass.
