The following information was provided by the Hopewell Police Department.

- Burglary/Breaking and Entering/Residential: At 12:10 a.m. June 10, police responded to the 3300 block of St. Charles Street for a reported burglary. Unknown offender entered residence by forcing a window. Nothing stolen.

- Burglary/Breaking and Entering/Residential: At 12:30 p.m. June 12, police responded to the 3900 block of River Road for a reported burglary. Unknown offender entered residence by forcing front door and stole jewelry.

- Burglary/Breaking and Entering/Residential: At 9 a.m. June 12, police responded to the 3000 block of Courthouse Road for a reported burglary. Unknown offender entered residence by unknown means and stole cash, gun and jewelry.

- Burglary/Breaking and Entering/Residential: At 9 a.m. June 12, police responded to the 1000 block of Arlington Road for suspicious activity. Unknown offender attempted to enter residence by prying rear door. No entry made, nothing stolen.

- Burglary/Breaking and Entering/Residential: At 1:21 a.m. June 13, police responded to the 1100 block of Arlington Road for a reported alarm. Unknown offender entered residence by breaking rear window and stole a camera.

- Burglary/Breaking and Entering/Residential: At 12 a.m. June 13, police responded to the 3200 block of Freeman Street for a reported burglary. Unknown offender entered residence by forcing rear door. Nothing stolen.

- Burglary/Breaking and Entering/Residential: At 11 a.m. June 16, police responded to headquarters for a reported burglary in the 2900 block of Avondale Avenue. Unknown offender entered residence by forcing front door and stole laptop.

- Counterfeiting/Forgery: At 10 a.m. June 11, police responded to the 3600 block of Oaklawn Boulevard in regards to counterfeit currency. Unknown offender used a counterfeit bill.

- Drug/Narcotic Violation: At 10:08 a.m. June 13, police responded to the 100 block of S. 9th Avenue for a reported trespassing. Known offenders were found in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia and were arrested.

- Drug/Narcotic Violation: At 10:19 p.m. June 13, police conducted a check in the 1300 block of Edward Bland Court. Known offender was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics and was arrested.

- Drug/Narcotic Violation: At 10:30 p.m. June 13, police conducted a check in the 1400 block of Edward Bland Court. Known offender was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics and was arrested.

- Drug/Narcotic Violation: At 8;26 p.m. June 15, while in the area of the 300 block of S. 9th Avenue for another call, police observed suspicious activity. Known offender was found to be in possession of marijuana and was arrested.

- Drug/Narcotic Violation: At 8:51 p.m. June 16, police conducted a traffic stop in the 3400 block of Granby St. The driver was found to be in possession of marijuana and was arrested.

- Drug /Narcotic Violation: At 9:29 p.m. June 15, police conducted a traffic top at Courthouse Road and Granby St. Driver was found to be in possession of marijuana and was arrested.

- Drug/Narcotic Violation: At 10:22 p.m. June 15, police conducted a traffic stop at S. 15th Avenue and Buren St. Passenger was found to be in possession of an illegal narcotic and was arrested.

- Fraud-Fraud By Impersonation: At 12 p.m. June 13, police responded tot h e 100 block of Wilson Street for a reported fraud. Known offender used victim's identity to obtain utilities.

- Forging Public Records: At 4:35 p.m. June 12, police responded to headquarters for a reported fraud that occurred in the 500 block of S. 6th Avenue. Known offender used victim's identity of official documents.

- Homicide-Murder/Non-Negligent: At 1 a.m. June 16, police responded to the 1600 block of Old Iron Road for a reported fight in progress. Known offenders assaulted victim with hands and feet. Victim succumbed to the injuries. One offender arrested.

- Larceny-All Other Larceny: At 5 p.m. June 11, police responded tot he 900 block of Buren Street for a reported larceny. Unknown offender stole two put bull puppies from fenced yard.

- Larceny-All Other Larceny: At 9:30 p.m. June 13, police responded to headquarters for a reported larceny in the 2900 block of Courthouse Road. Unknown offender stole cell phone from residence.

- Larceny-Theft From Building: At 5:30 p.m. June 16, police responded to the 2600 block of Oaklawn Boulevard for a reported larceny. Unknown offender stole cash and medication from purse at residence.

- Larceny-Theft From Building: At 5:30 p.m. June 16, police responded to headquarters for a reported larceny that occurred in the 1400 block of Sunnyside Avenue. Unknown offender stole a wallet from unsecured vehicle.

- Larceny-Theft From Motor Vehicle: At 1:30 a.m. June 16, police responded to the 4100 block of oaklawn Boulevard for a reported larceny. Unknown offender entered locked vehicle by unknown means and stole brief case and taxi dispatch radio.

- Vandalism/Damage/Destruction of Property: At 1:01 a.m. June 10, police responded to the 200 block of Mohawk Avenue for a reported disturbance. Known offender assaulted a resident, broke phone and was arrested.

- Vandalism/Damage/Destruction of Property: At 6 p.m. June 13, police responded to the 2800 block of Joseph Hooker Street for a reported vandalism. Unknown offender scratched vehicle.

- Vandalism/Damage/Destruction of Property: At 1:07 p.m. June 13, police responded to the 1500 block of Old Iron Court for a reported vandalism. Unknown offender shot unoccupied vehicle.

- Vandalism/Damage/Destruction of Property: At 1:34 a.m. June 15, police responded to the 1500 block of Piper Square Drive for a reported vandalism. Known offender damaged residential door by kicking.

- Vandalism/Damage/Destruction of Property: At 12:30 a.m. June 15, police responded to the 2800 block of Jackson Street for a reported vandalism. Unknown offender shattered vehicle rear window.

- Vandalism/Damage/Destruction of Property: At 5:30 a.m. June 15, police responded to the 1400 block of Miles Avenue for a reported vandalism. Unknown offender drove over two mailboxes and hit a fence.

- Vandalism/Damage/Destruction of Property: At 10 p.m. June 16, police responded to the 1000 block of Atlantic Street for a reported vandalism. Unknown offender broke vehicle driver's side window.

- Vandalism/Damage/Destruction of Property: At 11:59 p.m. June 16, police responded to the 400 block of Westhill Road for a reported vandalism. Unknown offender damaged school buses, breaking doors, windows, lights and mirrors.

- Weapon Law Offenses: At 10:37 p.m. June 12, police responded to the 1500 block of Huntington Court for reports of shots fired. Unknown offender fired into an occupied dwelling. No injuries.

- Weapon Law Offense: At 11 p.m. June 12, police responded to headquarters for a reported weapon violation that occurred in the 1400 block of Sunnyside Ave. During argument, known offender brandished firearm and was arrested.
