Wilkes-Barre City police reported the following incidents:
n Wilkes-Barre police were dispatched to Elizabeth Street at about 4 p.m. Monday for a juvenile claiming to be injured during a fight. The juvenile said Tanasia Haulcombe, of Carey Avenue, threw bleach in her right eye and cut her on the right wrist with a knife. Officers saw that her right eye was red and watery, along with a small cut on her right wrist. Police could also smell a strong odor of bleach coming from her body. Witnesses said Haulcombe chased the victim around a car with a knife. Charges are pending.
n A victim told police that around 5 p.m. Monday, she had a verbal altercation with her son, Felix Santiago, of South Sherman Street, over him "being lazy and not paying any bills." The victim stated that during the course of the altercation, Santiago "became enraged" and shoved her into a wall. Harassment charges are pending.
