Lackawanna County Judge Michael Barrasse recently sentenced the following:
-âPeter Coleman, 60, 615 Charles St., Throop, to one year probation for disorderly conduct.
-âDerek Smith, 24, 125 Olga St., Jessup, to one month house arrest and two years' intermediate punishment for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
-âJosthan Cardona, 23, Scranton, to two years' probation for resisting arrest.
-âJoshua Evan Smith, 23, Berwick, to 14 months to three years in state prison and two years' probation for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
-âMatthew Detrick, 28, Dunmore, to two to four years in state prison, three years' probation and $500 in restitution for escape and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
-âSteven Johnson, 25, 414 Wilbur St., Scranton, to two years' intermediate punishment and four years probation for receiving stolen property and criminal trespass.
-âMelissa Miles, 34, Old Forge, to 50 days to three months in county jail and $41.29 in restitution for retail theft.
-âJason Allen Nothoff, 28, Dallas, Luzerne County, to one to two years in state prison, two years' probation and $700 in restitution for bad checks.
Judge Vito Geroulo sentenced:
-âMark Anthony Morrison, 38, 1100 Fulton St., Scranton, to nine months to two years in state prison, three years' probation and $1,500 in fines for driving under the influence.
-âDaniel Kuchar, 23, Archbald, to three to eight years in state prison and $2,500 in restitution for burglary.
-âJulianne Engle, 25, Williamsport, to 5½ to 11 years in state prison and $65 restitution for theft by unlawful taking, access device fraud and possession of drug paraphernalia.
-âJason Andrew Davey, 24, 1725 N. Sumner Ave., Scranton, to six months' probation and $300 in fines for driving under the influence.
-âAnthony James Charles Reed, 25, 48 State Road 3004, Laceyville, to three months' house arrest, five years' intermediate punishment and $1,500 in fines for driving under the influence.
-âMichael Angelo Lapera, 28, 98 43rd St., Carbondale, to 47 days to six months in county jail and $1,000 in fines for driving under the influence.
-âLiliana Paulino, 27, Scranton, to one year's probation for retail theft.
