Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett reported that the following persons were recently sentenced in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:
Aaron Blanton, 37, of Wyalusing, Pa., was resentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for four days to six months, following a revoke of ARD, fines and costs of $1,000, restitution of $26,016.04, he will also lose his driver's license for 12 months, additional license suspension of 12 months will be imposed for refusal to submit to testing when arrested for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Officer John Werner of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Blanton for the offense on March 5, 2012.
Donna Holland, 53, of Gillett, Pa., was sentenced to Probation supervision for a term of six months, fines and costs of $250.00, buy money of $200, she will also lose her driver's license for six months for the offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Holland following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Borough.
Timothy Oliver Jr., 18, of Gillett, Pa., was sentenced in Bradford County Correctional Facility for two months to 23 months, 29 days, for the offense of Corruption of Minors, misdemeanor first degree. Trooper Robert Richter of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Oliver following investigation of an incident that occurred in South Creek Township.
Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett reported that the following person recently entered a plea of guilty in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:
Brandon Ropraz, 20, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Burglary, a felony of the second degree, a Loitering and Prowling at Night, a misdemeanor of the third degree. Ropraz will be sentenced on Sept. 17, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Sergeant David Lantz of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Ropraz for the offense on April 9-10, 2015.
Brandon Lane, 28, Sayre, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offenses of Criminal Mischief, a misdemeanor of the second degree and Disorderly Conduct, a misdemeanor of the third degree. Lane will be sentenced on Sept. 9, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Sean Flynn of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Lane for the offense on April 10, 2015.
Steven Spencer, 38, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Receiving Stolen Property, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Spencer will be sentenced, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Nathan Lewis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Spencer following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wysox Township in February 2015.

James Wells, 45, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of nolo contendere/no contest to Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Wells will be sentenced following preparation of a pre-sentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. A no-contest plea is entered where the defendant cannot recall the event but will be held guilty and sentenced. Trooper Peter Smith of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Wells following investigation of an incident that occurred in North Towanda Township.

Michael Howard, 47, Sayre, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 10 days, plus 60 days to six months and fines, costs, restitution of $800, he will also lose his driver's license for 24 months, for the offenses of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor and Suspension of License, DUI related, a summary offense. Trooper William McDermott of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Howard following investigation of an incident that occurred in Sheshequin Township.
Shawn McKean, 29, Towanda, Pa., was sentenced to Probation supervision for a term of 12 months fines, costs, restitution of $150, for the offense of Obstruction of Administration of Law, misdemeanor of the second degree. Trooper Robert Richter of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested McKean following investigation of an incident that occurred in North Towanda Township.
Bridget Dauberman, 26, Milan, Pa., was sentenced to Probation Supervision for a term of nine months, fines, costs, restitution of $150, for the offense of Retail Theft, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Officer Thomas VanFleet of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Dauberman for the offense occurring on March 10, 2015.
Lynn Kinch, 58, Granville Summit, Pa., was sentenced to Probation Supervision for a term of 12 months, fines, costs, restitution of $350, for the offense of Recklessly Endangering another Person, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Trooper Kyle Gruber of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Kinch following investigation of an incident that occurred in Granville Summit Township in December 2014.
Angie Wise, 23, Troy, Pa., was sentenced to Probation supervision for a term of 24 months, fines and costs of $300, plus restitution $100, for the offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony. Trooper Mike Adams of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Wise following investigation of an incident that occurred in Sayre Borough in December 2014.
Mark Roberts, 59, Sayre, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in Bradford County Correctional Facility for 10 days to six months, fines, costs, restitution of $1,000, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Officer Travis Snyder of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Roberts for the offense occurring on Oct. 12, 2014.
Erin Harrigan, 32, Sayre, Pa., was sentenced to Probation supervision for a term of 24 months, fines, costs of $700, restitution of $500, for the offenses of Retail Theft, a misdemeanor of the second degree and Tampering with Evidence, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Officer Daniel Thomas of Athens Township and Officer Sean Flynn of Sayre Borough arrested Harrigan for the offense occurring on Jan. 31, 2015 and Dec. 19, 2014.
Michael Rought, 32, Towanda, Pa., was sentenced to Probation supervision for a term of 12 months, fines, costs of $250, for the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Officer Corey McLinko of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Rought for the offense in November 2014.
Jacob Mosier, 26, Waverly, N.Y., was sentenced to Probation supervision for a term of 12 months, fines, costs of $350, for the offense of Disorderly Conduct, misdemeanor of the third degree. Officer Bruce Hoffman of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Mosier for the offense in August 2013.
Devin Hubert, 19, Athens, Pa., was sentenced to Probation supervision for a term of 18 months, costs and restitution of $45,080, for the offense of Criminal Trespass, a felony of the third degree. Officer Thomas VanFleet of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Hubert for the offense in March 2015.

Dennis Zellner, 33, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Zellner will be sentenced on Sept. 17, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Corey McLinko of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Zellner for the offense on April 8, 2015.
Richard Presutti III, 23, Louisville, Ohio, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Presutti will be sentenced in December 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Christopher Schelling of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Presutti following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wysox Township on May 10, 2015.
Angie Wise, 23, Troy, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a Felony. Trooper Mike Adams of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Wise following investigation of an incident that occurred in Sayre in December 2014.
Ricky Peters, 32, Sayre, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor and Driving while Operating Privilege, suspended, revoked a summary offense. Peters will be sentenced on Sept. 17, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Nathan Ross of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Peters for the offense in April 2015.

Viski Frisbie, 20, Sayre, Pa., charged with the offense of Retail Theft, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, Frisbie will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, while supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Officer John Fedorchak of the Athens Township Police Department filed the charges in November 2014 for the offense in Athens Township.
Robert Garris III, 18, Sayre, Pa., charged with the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation, Garris will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Officer Andrew Stevens of the Athens Borough Police Department filed the charges in March 2015 for the offense in Athens Borough.
Elias Chilson, 22, Sayre, Pa., charged with the offense of Theft, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of six months. While on probation, Chilson will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drugs or alcohol use. Additionally, Chilson must perform 40 hours of community service and pay restitution of $49.94. Officer John Fedorchak of the Athens Township Police Department filed the charges on March 10, 2015 for the offense in Athens Township.
Jamie Ely Jr., 29, Sayre, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, Ely will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drugs or alcohol use. Additionally, Ely must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and will lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days. Officer Andrew Stevens of the Athens Borough Police Department filed the charges on April 1, 2015 for the offense in Athens Borough.
Rene Salazar-Cruz, 32, Dushore, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation, Cruz will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drugs or alcohol use. Additionally, Cruz must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and will lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days. Trooper Keith Roman of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Salazar-Cruz for the offense.
Jeffery Sturzenegger, 62, Sayre, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, Sturzenegger will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drugs or alcohol use. Additionally, Sturzenegger must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and will lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days. Officer Andrew Stevens of the Athens Borough Police Department filed the charges on April 22, 2015 for the offense in Athens Borough.
