Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett reports that the following persons were recently sentenced in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:
William Keene, 35, of Sayre, Pa., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 45 days, flat, followed by County Intermediate Punishment for 24 months; County Intermediate Punishment involves a combination of restrictions and supervision. It may include home confinement, electronic monitor, and substance abuse treatment. Violations can result in incarceration; fines and costs to be determined by the court, he will also lose his driver's license for 18 months, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Officer Sean Flynn of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Keene for the offense on May 23, 2014.
Lacey Benson, 24, Canton, Pa., was sentenced to Probation supervision for a term of one year, (did six days incarceration) for the offense of Hindering Apprehension, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Officer Trey Kurtz of the Canton Borough Police Department arrested Benson for the offense on May 1, 2014.
Samantha Laudenslager, 23, Columbia Cross Roads, Pa., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in a Bradford County Correctional Facility for 145 days to 12 months and fines, costs, and restitution of $1,000 for the offense of Criminal Conspiracy/Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony. Agents of the Bradford County Drug Task Force arrested Laudenslager for the offense on July 1, 2014.
David Krause, 48, Milan, Pa., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 30 days to six months, and fines, costs, restitution of $1,000 and $3,800, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Trooper Peter Smith of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Krause following investigation of an incident that occurred in Ulster Township.
Taylor Machmer, 19, Towanda, Pa., was resentenced to probation supervision for a term of one years, and fines, costs, restitution of $200, for the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Trooper Mark Sadowski of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Machmer following investigation of an incident that occurred in Canton Township.
Taylor Machmer, 19, Towanda, Pa., was resentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for three months to 11 months, 29 days, fines, costs, restitution of $200, for the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Officer Trey Kurtz of the Canton Borough Police Department arrested Machmer for the offense in July 2013.
Barbara Kennedy, 45, Canton, Pa., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility for six months to 18 months, fines, costs of $1,000, for the offense of Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance. Agents of the Bradford County Narcotics Task Force arrested Kennedy for the offense in July 2014.

Armand Ruest, 40, Athens, Pa., was sentenced to fines and restitution of $1,500 plus $500, restitution to be determined, probation for a term of 30 months (total) for the offense of Reckless Burning and Recklessly Endangering another Person. Officer Timothy Cahill of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested Ruest for the offense in February 2013.

Crissanna Parker, 18, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Criminal Mischief, a summary offense. Parker was sentenced to pay a fine of $100 and pay restitution of $2,506.05. Sergeant David Lantz of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Parker for the offense on July 22, 2013.
Cody Rosich, 30, Athens, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Rosich will be sentenced on Jan. 15, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Derek Dekar of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested Rosich for the offense in April 2014.
Steven Neilson, 44, Monroeton, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Recklessly Endangering another person, a misdemeanor of the second degree, Disorderly Conduct, a misdemeanor of the third degree, Resisting or Interfering with an Officer, a summary offense and Control of Property, also a summary offense. Neilson will be sentenced on Jan. 15, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer David Allen of the Pennsylvania State Game Commission arrested Neilson for the offenses in June 2014.
Robert Hurlbert, 35, Canton, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Simple Assault, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Hurlbert will be sentenced on Jan. 15, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Tyler Brackman of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Hurlbert following investigation of an incident that occurred in Canton Township.
Michael Phillips, 44, Tunkhannock, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Retail Theft, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Phillips will be sentenced on Jan. 15, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer John Fedorchak of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Phillips for the offense on June 22, 2014.
Shawn MacDougall, 37, Troy, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree and Driving under Suspension, a summary offense. MacDougall will be sentenced on Jan. 8, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper James Dughi of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested MacDougall following investigation of an incident that occurred in Sheshequin Township on July 5, 2014.

Carlena Westbrook, 45, Towanda, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on Probation for a term of nine months. While on probation Westbrook will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Westbrook must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and she will lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for 30 days.
Officer Jason Serfas of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Westbrook for the offense in Athens Township.
Clayton Tillotson, 20, Canton, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on Probation for a term of nine months. While on probation Tillotson will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Tillotson must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and he will lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 90 days. Officer Trey Kurtz of the Canton Borough Police Department filed the charges on Aug. 9, 2014 for the offense in Canton Borough.
Joseph Bruno, 22, Waverly, N.Y., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on Probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation Bruno will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Bruno must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and he will lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 30 days. Officer Andrew Stevens of the Athens Borough Police Department filed the charges on May 20, 2014 for the offense in Athens Borough.
Brandon Schmidt, 33, Sayre, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on Probation for a term of nine months. While on probation Schmidt will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Schmidt must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and he will lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 30 days. Officer George Nichols of the Sayre Borough Police Department filed the charges on Sept. 14, 2014 for the offense in Sayre Borough.
Timothy Glisson Jr., 20, Athens, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on Probation for a term of nine months. While on probation Glisson will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Glisson must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel; and he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 90 days. Officer Richard Horton of the Athens Township Police Department filed the charges on Aug. 29, 2014 for the offense in Athens Township.
Nathan Beers, 22, Towanda, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on Probation for a term of nine months. While on probation Beers will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Beers must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel; and he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days. Officer Bryan Bellows of the Towanda Borough Police Department filed the charges on Aug. 23, 2014 for the offense in Towanda Borough.
