The Bradford County District Attorney, Daniel J. Barrett, reports that the following persons were recently sentenced in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:
David J. Spencer Jr., 33, of Sayre, Pa., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility for three months to 24 months, fines, costs, restitution of $1,000, for the offense of Indecent Assault, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Spencer will be a registered sex offender for 15 years. Sergeant David Lantz of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Spencer for the offense in February. The sentence was made consecutive to earlier sentences for a sentence of 24 months to 78 months.
Jeffrey Jackson, 28, of Towanda, Pa., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility for 12 months to three years, fines, costs, restitution of $1,000, for the offense of Indent Exposure, a misdemeanor of the second degree and Open Lewdness, a misdemeanor of the third degree. Trooper Miranda Musick of the Pennsylvania State Police Department arrested Jackson following investigation of an incident that occurred in Burlington Township.
Nikki Strope, 24, Wellsburg, N.Y., was sentenced to Probation supervision for a term of 24 months, fines, costs, restitution of $1,000, and buy money of $170. He will also lose his driver's license for six months, for the offense of Delivery of a controlled Substance, a felony offense. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Strope following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Borough on Jan. 16, 2013.
Selena Nogar, 22, Athens, Pa., was resentenced following revocation of a sentence of Probation to a term of incarceration in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 15 days to six months, fines, costs, restitution of $300.00 fine plus costs, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Sergeant James Shaw of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Nogar for the offense in September 2013.
Graham Christianson, 29, Troy, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for five months to 60 months, fines, costs, restitution of $1,500, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Trooper Mark Sadowski of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Christianson following investigation of an incident that occurred in Athens Township.
Carlton Heasley, 32, Gillett, Pa., was resentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 52 days to 12 months, fines, costs and restitution of $250, for the offense of Attempt Theft by Unlawful Taking, a misdemeanor of the third degree. Trooper Tyler Brackman of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Heasley following investigation of an incident that occurred in Sheshequin Township.
Benjamin Predmore, 31, Syracuse, N.Y., was resentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for four months to 11 months, 29 days, fines of $1,000; he will also lose his driver's license for 12 months for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol. Trooper David Pelachick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Predmore following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wells Township.
Molly Pedro, 46, Towanda, Pa., was resentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 64 days to 12 months, fines, costs, restitution of $500, for the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Trooper Robert Hutchison of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Pedro following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Township.

Rex Peters, 25, Wysox, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Criminal Trespass, a felony of the third degree. Peters will be sentenced on Feb. 12, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Joshua Fisher of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Peters following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wysox Township on July 25, 2014.
Travis Ott, 38, Canton, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Disorderly Conduct, a misdemeanor of the third degree. Ott will be sentenced on Feb. 12, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Sergeant Trey Kurtz of the Canton Borough Police arrested Ott for the offense on July 26, 2014.
Joseph Leighton, 29, Wysox, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Leighton will be sentenced on Feb. 12, 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Michael Tribendis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Leighton following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wysox Township on Sept. 20, 2013.
Curtis Updyke, 23, Troy, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Updyke will be sentenced on Feb. 12, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Tyler Brackman of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Updyke following investigation of an incident that occurred in Springfield Township.
Robert Carrike, 58, Sayre, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor. Carrike will be sentenced on Feb. 23, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Carrike following investigation of an incident that occurred in Ridgebury Township.
Charlotte Rims, 26, Westfield, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Rims will be sentenced on Feb. 12, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Michael Tribendis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Rims following investigation of an incident that occurred in Troy Township.
Erik Agnew, 31, Sayre, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Harassment, a summary offense.
Agnew was sentenced to a $300 fine, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Jeremy Horton of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Agnew for the offense on Sept. 4, 2014.
Heather Norton, 20, Canton, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Criminal Trespass, misdemeanor of the third degree and Harassment, a summary. Norton will be sentenced on Feb. 23, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Sergeant Trey Kurtz of the Canton Borough Police Department arrested Norton for the offense on Dec. 8, 2014.
Sarah Frock, 29, Athens, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Frock will be sentenced on Feb. 23, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Timothy Cahill of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested Frock for the offense on Sept. 30, 2014.

Albert Harvey, 39, Rome, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Obstructing Administration of Law or other Governmental Function, a felony. Angelina Hilton, 20, Granville Summit, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Retail Theft, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Hilton will be sentenced on Feb. 23, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Sergeant Keith Stackhouse of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Hilton for the offense on Sept. 3, 2014.
Clayton Forbes, 19, Ulster, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Theft by Deception, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Gregory Seip, 21, Millerton, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Seip will be sentenced on Feb. 23, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Gabriel Paduck of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Seip following investigation of an incident that occurred in Troy Township on July 25, 2014.
Aaron Bennett, 30, Wysox, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Criminal Mischief, a summary offense and Harassment, a summary offense. Bennett will be sentenced on Feb. 23, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Mark Sadowski of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Bennett following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wysox Township on Oct. 12, 2014.

Victoria Davis, 20, Towanda, Pa., charged with the offense of Theft, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation, Davis will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Davis must perform 40 hours community service. Officer Ryan Edsell of the Towanda Borough Police Department filed the charges on Aug. 20, 2014, for the offense in Towanda Borough.
Cassandra Jones, 31, Towanda, Pa., charged with Harassment, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of six months. While on probation, Jones will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Jones must perform 40 hours of community service. Detective Albert Ogden of the Towanda Borough Police Department filed charges in April 13, 2014, for the offense in Towanda Borough.
Megan Randall, 22, Rome, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation, Randall will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Randall must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel. Trooper Christopher Stecik of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Randall for the offense.
Chad Dickinson, 29, New Albany, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, Dickinson will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Dickinson must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel. Trooper Christopher Schelling of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Dickinson for the offense.

Trooper Joshua Fisher of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Sanderson for the offense.

Hulslander will be sentenced on Feb. 23, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. A no-contest plea is entered where the defendant cannot recall the event but will be held guilty and sentenced. Sergeant Trey Kurtz of the Canton Borough Police Department arrested Hulslander for the offense on Dec. 8, 2014.
Howard Walter Sr., 45, Monroeton, Pa., entered a plea of nolo contendere/no contest to Simple Assault, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Walter will be sentenced on Feb. 12, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. A no-contest plea is entered where the defendant cannot recall the event but will be held guilty and sentenced. Trooper William McDermott of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Walter following investigation of an incident that occurred in Tuscarora Township on June 16, 2014.
Christopher Sellers, 52, Sayre, Pa., entered a plea of nolo contendere/no contest to Simple Assault, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Sellers will be sentenced on Feb. 12, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. A no-contest plea is entered where the defendant cannot recall the event but will be held guilty and sentenced. Officer Steven Burlingame of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Sellers for the offense on July 12, 2014.
