Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett, reported that the following person(s) were recently sentenced in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Cesar Padilla, 31, Honduras, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility from 15 days to six months, a fine of $2500, he will also lose his driver's license for 36 months for the offenses of three counts of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, all misdemeanors. Officer Cody Welch of the Athens Borough Police Department, Officer Joshua Lake of the Towanda Borough Police Department and Officer Brian Wibirt also of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Padilla following investigation of incidents that occurred in September 2013, April 2014.

Thomas White IV, 25, Dushore, Pa., was sentenced to Probation for a term of 42 months and a fine of $300 for the offenses of Propulsion of Missile into Vehicle, a misdemeanor and Reckless Endangering, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Trooper Nathan Lewis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested White following an investigation of incidents that occurred in Overton Township.

Brandon Alexander, 25, of Granville Summit, Pa., was resentenced following revocation of County Intermediate Punishment sentence to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility from 110 days to 36 months and a fine of $1500, he will also lose his driver's license for 18 months, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Trooper Michael Tribendis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Alexander following investigation of an incident that occurred in Granville Township.

Heath Weidenmoyer, 27, of Columbia Cross Roads, Pa., was resentenced following revocation of Probation to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility from 60 days to 20 months, 29 days and a fine of $300, for the offense of Simple Assault, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Trooper Nathan Lewis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Weidenmoyer following investigation of an incident that occurred in Springfield Township.

William Kinlaw, 30, Green Cove Springs, Fla., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility from 72 hours to six months and a fine of $1000, he will also lose his driver's license for 12 months and additional license suspension of 12 months will be imposed for refusal to submit to testing when arrested for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Trooper Peter Smith of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Kinlaw following investigation of an incident that occurred in Canton Township.

Keighley Park, 28, Waverly, N.Y., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility from seven months to 23 months for the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Park was resentenced after she violated the terms of an earlier sentence of probation.

Trooper Michael Adams and Corporal Douglas Smith of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Park following investigation of incidents that occurred in Monroe Township.

Kyle Potter, 24, Chemung, N.Y., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for five days to six months, a fine of $300; he will also lose his driver's license for 12 months for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Officer Derek Dekar of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested Potter for the offense in September.

Jeffrey W. Lacoe, 30, Clarks Summit, Pa., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility from 45 days to six months and a fine of $750; he will also lose his driver's license for 12 months for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol. Trooper Matthew Grebeck of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Lacoe following investigation of an incident that occurred in Troy Township.

Joan Peters, 47, Avoca, N.Y., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for nine days to 23 months, 29 days, a fine of $100, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Officer Daniel Thomas of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Peters for the offense on Nov. 10, 2013.

Jeffrey Welch, 29, Waverly, N.Y., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 30 days to six months, followed by Probation for a term of 24 months and a fine of $12,500, he will also lose his driver's license for 12 months for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor and Recklessly Endangering Another Person, a misdemeanor.

Officer Travis Snyder of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Welch for the offense on Nov. 3, 2013.

Cesar Padilla, 31, Honduras, entered a plea of guilty to the offenses of three counts of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Officer Cody Welch of the Athens Borough Police Department, Officer Joshua Lake also of the Athens Borough Police Department and Officer Brian Wibirt of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Padilla for the offenses on Sept. 15, 2013, Sept. 25, 2013 and April 22, 2014.

Rhonda Benjamin, 22, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony. Benjamin will be sentenced in August 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Benjamin following investigation of an incident that occurred in Athens Township.

Summer Lee Woll, 35, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Access Device Fraud, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Woll will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Bryan Bellows of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Woll for the offense in March 2014.

Adam Scott Johnson, 27, Rome, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor. Johnson will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Sergeant David Lantz of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Johnson for the offense in April.

Nicole I. Northrop, 26, Granville Summit, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Flight to Avoid Apprehension, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Northrop will be sentenced in July, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Quentin Reinford of the Troy Borough Police Department arrested Northrop for the offense in March.

Elizabeth A. Bishop, 28, Ulster, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Manufacture of Methamphetamine, a felony. Bishop will be sentenced, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Robert Hutchison of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Bishop following investigation of an incident that occurred in Ulster Township.

Alicia Isbell, 31, LeRaysville, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Retail Theft, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Isbell will be sentenced on Aug. 11, 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Sergeant Keith Stackhouse of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Isbell for the offense on May 11, 2014.

Mark Featherman, 46, New Albany, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Harassment, a summary offense.

Featherman was sentenced on June 26, 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Robert Edgerton of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Featherman following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wilmot Township.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett reports that the following person(s) recently were accepted into the ARD Program in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Nathan Simons, 23, Rome, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, and was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation Simons will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Simons must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and he will lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days. Trooper Joshua Fisher of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Simons for the offense on Dec. 24, 2013 on Orwell Township.

Ashley Jacobs, 25, Rome, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation Jacobs will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Jacobs must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and she will lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for 30 days. Trooper William McDermott of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Jacobs for the offense on March 15, 2014 in Windham Township.

Scott Anthony, 35, Athens, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation Anthony will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Anthony must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel. Trooper David Kittle of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Anthony for the offense on Oct. 18, 2013 in Ridgebury Township.

Curtis Opdyke, 23, Troy, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation Opdyke will be subject to supervision be the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Opdyke must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and he will lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days. Trooper Robert Richter of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Opdyke for the offense on Feb. 1, 2014 in Troy Township.

Teresa Meyer, 57, Canton, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation Meyer will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Meyer must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and she will lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days. Officer Joshua Heckman of the Canton Borough Police Department filed the charges on April 11, 2014 for the offense in Canton Borough.

Joel Benjamin, 29, Apalachin, N.Y., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation Benjamin will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Benjamin must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and she will lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for 30 days. Trooper Matthew Grebeck of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Benjamin for the offense on Feb. 28, 2014 in Warren Township.

Jessica Hunter, 29, Milan, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation Hunter will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Hunter must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and she will lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for 30 days. Officer Andrew Stroud of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested Hunter for the offense on Feb. 1, 2014 in Athens Borough.

Tyler Fenton, 19, Sugar Run, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation Fenton will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Fenton must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and he will lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 90 days. Officer Joshua Lake of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Fenton for the offense in Towanda Borough.

Joshua Long, 35, Canton, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation Long will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Long must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and he will lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 30 days. Trooper David Sweeney of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Long for the offense on Jan. 11, 2014 in Stevens Township.

Richard Meeker, 25, Sayre, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation Meeker will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Meeker must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and he will lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days. Officer Derek Watkins of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested Meeker, filed the charges in March for the offense in Athens Borough.
