Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced the following recent Bradford County criminal case resolutions:
MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT COURT
Jimmy Lott, 53, Union, S.C., entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark to the offense of Driving under the Suspension and Disorderly Conduct and was sentenced to $528 in fines and costs. He also spent five days in jail in South Carolina on a fugitive warrant. Officer John Hennessey of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Lott for the offense on March 17, 2013, following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Borough.
Billie Deloach, 40, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark to the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia a misdemeanor and was sentenced to 72 hours and court costs. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Deloach for the offense on March 5, 2014, following investigation of a Possession of Drug Paraphernalia that occurred in Towanda Township.
Brett Evans, 25, LeRaysville, Pa., entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton to the offense of Unsworn Falsification, a misdemeanor of the third degree and was sentenced to court costs. Trooper Brandon Allis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Evans for the offense on March 15, 2014, following investigation of a false statement that occurred in Orwell Township.
James Carnrike, 62, Sayre, Pa., entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw to the offense of Disorderly Conduct, a misdemeanor of the third degree and was sentenced to 30 days suspended and a fine $300 and court costs. Officer Steven Burlingame of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Carnrike for the offense on April 23, 2014, following investigation of a disorderly conduct that occurred in Sayre Borough.
John Schwartzbauer, 29, Sayre, Pa., entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw to the offense of Conspiracy to Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor, Disorderly Conduct, a summary offense and Public Drunkenness, also a summary offense and was sentenced to 60 days and court costs. Officer Thomas VanFleet of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Schwartzbauer for the offense on May 6, 2014, following investigation of a disorderly conduct that occurred in Athens Township.
Damien Kirkey, 23, Canton, Pa., entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton to the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor and was sentenced to 21 days in the Bradford County Correctional Facility and court costs. Trooper Miranda Musick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Kirkey for the offense on June 4, 2014, following investigation of a incident that occurred in Canton Borough.

SENTENCES
Joel Schoonover, 28, Towanda, Pa., was resentenced following revocation of a sentence of probation to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from three months to 17 months, for the offense of Simple Assault, a Misdemeanor. Corporal Norman Strauss of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Schoonover following investigation of the incident that occurred in Towanda Township.
Jason Ragan, 23, Towanda, Pa., was resentenced following revocation of a sentence of probation to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from three months to 18 months for the offenses of (two counts) Theft, a misdemeanor of the second degree and misdemeanor of the third. Officer Joshua Lake of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Ragan for the offense. Trooper Brandon Allis of the Pennsylvania State Police also arrested Ragan following investigation of an incident that occurred in Franklin Township.
Raymond Frye, 41, Chemung, N.Y., was sentenced to Probation for a term of 12 months for the offense of Theft, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Officer Jason Serfas of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Frye for the offense on Aug. 26, 2013.
Dylan Parrish, 21, Athens, Pa., was sentenced to Probation for a term of 24 months for the offense of Simple Assault, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Officer Derek Watkins of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Parrish for the offence on Dec. 21, 2013.
Ricky Gowin Jr., 28, Mehoopany, Pa., was sentenced to Probation for a term of two years for the offense of Theft by Deception, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Trooper Matthew Grebeck of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Gowin following investigation of an incident that occurred in Albany Township.
Victoria Trindle, 33, Columbia Cross Roads, Pa., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 48 hours to six months; she will also lose her driver's license for 12 months for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Trooper Nathan Lewis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Trindle following investigation of an incident that occurred in Ridgebury Township.

GUILTY PLEAS
Ashley Harrigan, 28, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Disorderly Conduct, a misdemeanor of the third degree. Harrigan will be sentenced on Aug. 28, 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Brian Wibirt of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Harrigan for the offense on April 12, 2014.
Bolivar Campusano, 32, address unknown, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a Felony. Campusano will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Agents of the Pennsylvania Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Campusano following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Township.
Manuel Borrero, 20, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Involuntary Manslaughter, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Borrero will be sentenced on Sept. 4, 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Richard Evans of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Borrero following investigation of an incident that occurred in Ulster Township on April 21, 2013.
Molly Pedro, 46, Towanda, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Misdemeanor. Pedro will be sentenced on Aug. 28, 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Agents of the Pennsylvania Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Pedro following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Township.
Brian Hennessy, 42, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a Felony. Hennessy will be sentenced on Sept. 4, 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Kyle B. Allen, 29, Canton, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Heroin), a Felony. Allen will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department.
