Aggravated indecent assault reported
State police at Towanda said they are investigating allegations of a sexual assault that occurred sometime between 4 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. July 5 on Lookout Road in Troy Township.
Police said the victim was a 5-year-old Canton girl.
Identity theft reported
State police at Towanda said they investigated a report of identity theft July 30 on South Side Road in LeRoy Township.
According to police, a 50-year-old Canton man said someone used his personal information to make several purchases from an unknown location.
Computer taken
A 55-year-old Sugar Run man told state police at Towanda that someone entered his residence and removed a laptop computer from his desk and fled sometime between 4 a.m. and 4 p.m. Aug. 7 on Ermisch Lane, Wilmot Township.
Police said the incident is still under investigation and anyone with information is asked to contact Trooper Michael J. Tereska.
Money taken
State police at Towanda said someone forced open the back door of a residence sometime between 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Aug. 7 on Huber Drive in Canton Township and took a bag containing approximately $100 in change and fled.
Police said the victims are Jordan Stone, 23, and Cynthia Costas, 20, both of Canton Township.

Sign damaged
State police at Towanda said someone damaged a metal sign at a Talisman Energy well site sometime between 4 p.m. Aug. 4 and 3:30 p.m. Aug. 6 on Rowley Hill Road in Wells Township.
Laporte resident cited for harassment
Thomas Richard Wilson, 54, of Laporte was cited for the summary offense of harassment after he assaulted an 82-year-old man who had unknowingly entered his room at the Highland Care Center in Laporte, police said.
Wilson is accused of punching the victim on the head, state police at Laporte said.
The incident occurred at approximately 3:15 p.m. on Monday, police said.
Burglary occurs in Cherry Township
State police said that one or more individuals entered a vacant, foreclosed property at 8201 state Route 487 in Cherry Township and, after fleeing the scene, left behind open doors to the residence.
The incident occurred sometime on Aug. 12 or Aug. 13, police said.

Wyalusing man accused of violating Megan's Law
Benjamin Johnson, 34, of Wyalusing is accused of violating Megan's Law, police said.
Johnson, who is a Megan's Law Tier 1 sexual offender, failed to arrive at an approved registration site to verify his information during his yearly verification period of May 22-31, 2014, police said.
As a result, Johnson was charged with failure to comply with registration requirements for sexual offenders, which is a second-degree felony, police said.
Johnson turned himself in on Aug. 16, state police said.
He was arraigned in front of Athens Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw. Johnson was then released on non-monetary bail, police said.
Two charged in Wysox burglary
Rex John Peters and Joshua William Vanderpool, both of Wysox, forcibly entered a 53-year-old man's property on Sheshequin Road in Wysox Township, without the owner's permission, police said.
The incident occurred between 11 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. on July 25, police said.
Peters, 24, and Vanderpool, 23, were apprehended as they tried to flee north on Sheshequin Road from the scene, state police said.
Peters and Vanderpool were both charged with burglary and criminal trespass, according to online court records.
Criminal mischief occurs in Wysox Twp.
State police said they are trying to determine who used a blunt object to strike Stevens Township resident Jorge Zepeda's pickup truck in Wysox Township.
The blow left a large dent in the vehicle, police said.
The incident occurred at 7:50 p.m. on Aug. 20 in the Bradford Towne Center's parking lot, outside of Advance Auto Parts, police said.

Woman charged with aggravated DWI
Kathy L. Blow, 51, of Athens, was arrested for misdemeanor DWI at 1:41 a.m. on Aug. 10, following a traffic stop on Broad Street, Waverly, N.Y. Blow was also charged with aggravated DWI, failing to keep right and refusal of a breath test. Blow was scheduled to appear in the Village of Waverly Justice Court at 4 p.m. on Aug. 21.
Child endangerment arrest made
April M. Greene, 34, of Waverly N.Y., was arrested for misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child at 1:31 a.m. on Aug. 20. Following investigation into a loud party at her apartment, it was found that she was allowing juveniles to consume alcoholic beverages at her apartment. Greene is scheduled to appear in the Village of Waverly Justice Court at 4 p.m. on Aug. 28.
Man arrested for DWI
Brian M. Hendershot, 25, of Barton, was arrested for misdemeanor DWI at 2:37 a.m., on Aug. 24, following a traffic stop on Pennsylvania Avenue in Waverly, N.Y. Hendershot was also charged with aggravated DWI and speeding in zone (Broad Street). Hendershot is scheduled to appear in the Village of Waverly Justice Court at 4 p.m. on Sept. 11.
