OLD FORGE POLICE: Officers responded to more than 30 calls between Oct. 13- 17.
On Oct. 13, officers were dispatched to investigate a report of vandalism in the 100 block of Mulherin Street.
On Oct. 14, officers were dispatched to investigate a report of a suspicious man on Hillcrest Drive. Police assisted Scranton officers with a call in the 900 block of Moosic Road. A report of a verbal domestic dispute sent officers to a home in the 500 block of George Street. Officers also responded to investigate a report of an intoxicated man in the 300 block of South Milwaukee Avenue.
On Oct. 15, officers were dispatched to investigate a report of a disorderly and intoxicated man in the 100 block of Jones Street.
On Oct. 16, officers were dispatched to investigate a theft complaint in the 900 block of Moosic Road.
On Oct. 17, officers were dispatched to investigate an activated alarm in the 300 block of Oak Street. A report of a disorderly female juvenile sent officers to the 100 block of Bridge Street.
Officers were also sent to assist emergency medical services with a call in the 100 block of Sussex Street.
On Oct. 18, offices were dispatched to conduct a welfare check in a home in the 300 block of River Street.
MOOSIC POLICE: Officers responded to more than 120 calls between Oct. 2-20.
On Oct. 2, officers were dispatched to investigate a theft complaint in the 400 block of Breck Street. A harassment complaint sent officers to a home on Spring Street. Officers were sent to investigate a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 1000 block of Springbrook Avenue.
On Oct. 3, officers were dispatched to investigate a report of property damage in the 700 block of Corey Street. An animal welfare complaint sent officers to the 1000 block of Shoppes Boulevard. Police were sent to assist a disabled motorist on Davis Street.
Police were dispatched to assist emergency medical services (EMS) with a call in the 300 block of Montage Mountain Road. A reported case of identity theft sent officers to a home in the 600 block of River Street. A motor vehicle accident (MVA) sent officers to Pittston Avenue.
On Oct. 4, officers were dispatched to investigate an activated alarm in a home on Honor Park. A fraud complaint sent officers to a home on Garding Drive. Officers were sent to assist the fire department with a call in the 3700 block of Lawrence Lane.
On Oct. 5, officers were dispatched to investigate a domestic dispute at Trotter’s Motel on Birney Avenue.
No police activity was reported between Oct. 6-11.
On Oct. 12, officers were dispatched to investigate an activated alarm in the 200 block of Thoreu Drive. A report of a found dog sent officers to the 3600 block of Laurel Drive.
On Oct. 13, officers were dispatched to investigate a theft complaint in the 4700 block of Birney Avenue. An MVA sent officers to Montage Mountain Road.
On Oct. 14, officers were dispatched to investigate a suspicious vehicle in the 1000 block of Ash Street. An activated alarm sent officers to the 300 block of Glenmaura Drive. Police assisted other officers in the 800 block of Main Street in Taylor. Officers also assisted other officers in the 1500 block of Main Street in Taylor.
A MVA sent officers to Montage Mountain Road. A report of a disorderly female sent officers to the 1000 block of Springbrook Avenue.
On Oct. 15, no police activity was reported.
On Oct. 16, officers were dispatched to investigate a report of a suspicious person in the 3600 block of Laurel Avenue. A report of a disorderly person sent officers to the 500 block of Rocky Glen Road.
On Oct. 17, officers assisted EMS in the 500 block of Dupont Street. Officers also assist EMS in the 200 block of Spring Street.
On Oct. 18, officers were dispatched to investigate a harassment complaint in the 4100 block of Birney Avenue. A domestic dispute sent officers to a home on Joyce Street. A theft complaint sent officers to a home in the 500 block of Joyce Street.
On Oct. 19, no police activity was reported.
On Oct. 20, officers were dispatched to investigate a retail theft in the 3500 block of Birney Avenue. Officers were sent to assist the fire department with a call in the 800 block of Corey Street.
