Tree stolen in Monroe Twp.
Someone recently cut down and removed a 3-foot blue spruce tree from Lester and Terri Brion's front lawn in Monroe Township, police said.
The theft occurred sometime between 2 p.m. on Nov. 24 and 2 p.m. on Nov. 25 along Midnight Lane, state police said.

Vehicle strikes tree in Monroe Twp.
Kelsey Faith McNeal, 19, of Monroeton suffered minor injuries in a recent motor vehicle accident on state Route 414 in Monroe Township, police said.
At 4:45 a.m. Friday, McNeal lost control of her vehicle as she was driving east on Route 414, which was covered with snow and ice at the time, police said.
The vehicle traveled off the south side of the road, went over a small embankment, and struck a tree, state police at Towanda said.
McNeal was cited for driving at an unsafe speed at the time of the accident, which occurred approximately one-quarter of a mile east of Brocktown Road, police said.
New Albany woman cited for harassment
Desiree Nicole Murdock, 31, of New Albany was cited for harassment following a recent incident that occurred along Front Street in New Albany, police said.
Murdock was arguing with Michael Thomas George of New Albany when Murdock pushed a fence, which landed on George's left hand, police said.
As a result, the 26-year-old George suffered a minor cut, police said.
The incident occurred at 2:17 p.m. Wednesday, state police at Towanda said.
Vehicle strikes utility pole in Monroe Twp.
Ralph J. Burlingame, 70, of Towanda suffered a minor injury in a recent motor vehicle accident on U.S. Route 220 in Monroe Township, police said.
Due to the snow and ice on the roadway, Burlingame lost control of his vehicle as he was driving south on Route 220 at 3:52 p.m. Wednesday, police said.
The vehicle left the roadway and struck a utility pole and a mailbox, state police at Towanda said.
A passenger in Burlingame's 1988 Dodge Dakota, 67-year-old Sandra L. Klawonn, was uninjured, police said.
No charges were filed against Burlingame, police said.
DUI charges
The following people were recently charged with driving while under the influence in Bradford County:
Sean Anthony Lichtwald, 31, of Perris, Calif., by the Towanda police, on Sept. 6 on Main Street in Towanda. A blood test revealed that Lichtwald had a blood alcohol content of .229 percent on the day of his arrest. Lichtwald's preliminary hearing, which was originally scheduled for Nov. 21 in Towanda District Court, has been postponed to Dec. 5.
Brandon Joseph Carr, 25, of New Albany, by the Towanda police, on Sept. 27, in a parking lot off of State Street in Towanda. A blood test revealed that Carr's blood alcohol content was .186 percent on the day of his arrest.
