Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett reported that the following persons were recently sentenced in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Amber Chandler, 24, of Lockwood, N.Y., was sentenced to Probation supervision for a term of 12 months, fines, costs, restitution of $250, for the offense of Retail Theft, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Officer Roger Clink of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Chandler for the offense in March 2014.

Amber Chandler, 24, of Lockwood, N.Y., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 30 days to four months and fines, costs, restitution of $250, for the offense of Retail Theft, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Officer Jason Serfas of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Chandler for the offense in July 2014.

Amber Chandler, 24, of Lockwood, N.Y., was sentenced to Probation supervision for a term of 12 months, for the offense of Retail Theft. Officer John Fedorchak of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Chandler for the offense in July 2013.

Amber Chandler, 24, Lockwood, N.Y., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for two months to 11 months, 29 days, fines, costs, restitution of $250, for the offense of Resisting Arrest, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Officer Jason Serfas of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Chandler for the offense in November 2014.

Amber Chandler, 24, Lockwood, N.Y., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 15 days to nine months, fines, costs, restitution of $250, for the offense of Retail Theft, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Officer John Fedorchak of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Chandler for the offense in March 2014.

Dakota Baillie, 19, Canton, Pa., was sentenced to Probation supervision for a term of 12 months, fines, costs, restitution of $200, for the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Officer Trey Kurtz of the Canton Borough Police Department arrested Baillie for the offense in August 2014.

Melanie McGuire, 49, Sayre, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from seven days to six months, fines, costs, restitution of $1,000, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Officer Roger Clink of the Athens Township Police Department arrested McGuire for the offense in September 2013.

Tyler Ackley, 21, of Canton, Pa., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 90 days to 12 months, followed by Probation supervision for a term of 24 months, fines, costs, restitution of $600 (fine) $10,051.35 (restitution), for the offense of Criminal Mischief, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Officer Trey Kurtz of the Canton Borough Police Department arrested Ackley for the offense in October 2014.

Trey Ackley, 19, Canton, Pa., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of three months to 12 months, Probation supervision for a term of 24 months, fines, costs, restitution of $600.00 (fines and costs), $10,051.35 (restitution), for the offense of Criminal Mischief, a misdemeanor of second degree. Officer Trey Kurtz of the Canton Borough Police Department arrested Ackley for the offense in October 2014.

Jeremy Adkins, 35, Lindsay, Okla., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for one month to six months, fines and costs of $1,000 plus costs, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Trooper Norman Strauss of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Adkins following investigation of an incident that occurred in Sheshequin Township.

Jeremy Adkins, 35, Lindsay, Okla., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for one month to six months, fines and costs of $1,000 plus costs, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Trooper Norman Strauss of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Adkins following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wysox Township.

Jeremy Adkins, 35, Lindsay, Okla., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for one month to six months, fines and costs of $750 plus costs, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Officer Thomas VanFleet of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Adkins for the offense in October 2010.

Jason Hieatt, 35, Troy, Pa., was sentenced to Probation supervision for a term of 12 months, fines, costs of $500 plus costs, for the offense of Theft by Unlawful Taking, a misdemeanor of the third degree. Trooper Keith Roman of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Hieatt following investigation of an incident that occurred in Troy Township.

Trooper Keith Roman of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Hieatt following investigation of an incident that occurred in Troy Township.

Curtis Singerhoff, 25, of Gillett, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 72 hours to six months, fines of $1,000 plus costs, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Officer Thomas VanFleet of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Singerhoff for the offense in May 2014.

Curtis Singerhoff, 25, of Gillett, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 72 hours to six months, fines of $750 plus costs, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Trooper Kyle Gruber of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Singerhoff following investigation of an incident that occurred in Ridgebury Township.

Ike Allen, 24, Granville Summit, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for five days to six months, fines of $300 plus costs, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Officer Andrew Stevens of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested Allen for the offense in September 2014.

Ryan Putnam, 30, Granville Summit, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 30 days to six months, fines of $750 plus costs, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Trooper William Dermott of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Putnam following investigation of an incident that occurred in Granville Township.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett reported that the following persons recently entered a plea of guilty in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Raymond Gigee, 35, Knoxville, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Gigee will be sentenced on March 19, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Michael Tribendis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Gigee following investigation of an incident that occurred in Troy Township.

Sean Lichtwald, 31, Perris, Calif., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Lichtwald will be sentenced on March 19, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Joshua Lake of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Lichtwald for the offense in September 2014.

William Colbath, 49, Elmira, N.Y., entered a plea of guilty to the offenses of Fleeing/Eluding Police, a felony of the third degree, Resisting Arrest, a misdemeanor of the second degree and other summary offenses. Colbath will be sentenced on March 19, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Tyler Brackman of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Colbath following investigation of an incident that occurred in West Burlington Township.

Brian Johnston, 32, Woodward, Okla., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Johnston will be sentenced on April 2, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Michael Tribendis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Johnston following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Borough.

Heather Allen, 31, Sayre, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony. Allen will be sentenced on March 19, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Robert Hutchison of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Allen following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Borough.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett reported that the following persons were recently accepted into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) Program in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Joseph Nolan, 20, Elmira, N.Y., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation, Nolan will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Nolan must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and he will lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 90 days. Officer Derek Watkins of the Sayre Borough Police Department filed the charges in October 2014 for the offense in Sayre Borough.

Devin King, 29, Fort Belvoir, Va., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, King will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, King must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade, and attend a Victim Impact Panel and he will lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 30 days. Officer Richard Serfas of the Athens Township Police Department filed the charges in November 2014 for the offense in Athens Township.

Arthur Kraure, 18, Lockwood, N.Y., charged with the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of six months. While on probation, Kraure will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Officer Richard Horton of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Kraure for the offense in Athens Township.

Ernesto Rivera, 46, Rochester, N.Y., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation Rivera will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Rivera must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and he will lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days. Trooper Norman Strauss of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Rivera for the offense.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following person(s) recently entered a plea of Nolo Contendere in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Amber Chandler, 24, Lockwood, N.Y., entered a plea of nolo contendere/no contest to Resisting Arrest, a misdemeanor of the second degree. A no-contest plea is entered where the defendant cannot recall the event but will be held guilty and sentenced. Officer Jason Serfas of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Chandler for the offense in November 2014.
