District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett reported the following recent criminal case resolutions in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:
SENTENCED
Brittney Ferraro, 25, of Towanda, Pa., was sentenced to State Intermediate Punishment of 24 months (State Intermediate Punishment is a two year program. It begins with at least seven months of regular state prison, followed by custody in a drug/alcohol addiction center, followed by restricted living in a residential program. The prison administration must be satisfied that the prisoner has made progress in rehabilitation from substance abuse. If not, the prisoner will be dismissed from SIP and resentenced. If the SIP program is completed, the prisoner will be under probation supervision for two additional years and checked regularly for drug or alcohol use. If he/she violates during those two years, probation will be revoked and if there is a violation more incarceration will be imposed), fines, costs and restitution to be charged for the offenses of Delivery of a controlled Substance, a felony and Access Device Fraud, a misdemeanor of the second degree.
Officer Bryan Bellows of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Ferraro for the offense on Nov. 20, 2013 and Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Ferraro following investigation of an incident that occurred in North Towanda Township.
David Irons Jr., 28, Sayre, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 33 days to 12 months, fines, costs, restitution of $1,250; he will also lose his driver's license for 24 months for two counts of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, misdemeanors. Officer Thomas Zebrowski from Sayre Borough Police Department and Officer Andrew Stevens from Athens Borough Police Department arrested Irons in February and March 2015.
Timothy Hoose Jr., 19, Sayre, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 72 hours to six months, fines, costs, restitution of $1,000; he will also lose his driver's license for 12 months for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Sergeant James Shaw of Athens Township arrested House for the offense on Oct. 9, 2014.
Duane Demellier, 34, Wysox, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility for 27 months to 54 months, for the offense of Failure to Verify Address, a felony of the second degree. Trooper Miranda Musick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Demellier following investigation of an incident that occurred in North Towanda Township.
Vicki McSparrow, 46, Athens, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in Bradford County Correctional Facility for five days to six months, followed by Probation supervision for one year, fines, of $300, plus court costs, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor, and Resisting Arrest, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Officer Derek Dekar of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested McSparrow for the offense on Oct. 19, 2014.
David Crawn, 26, Waverly, N.Y., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility for 16 months to eight years, restitution of $473.28, plus costs, for the offense of Burglary, a felony of the second degree. Officer Nathan Ross of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Crawn for the offense in January 2015.
Sabrina Teneyck, 39, Monroeton, Pa., was resentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for three months to 12 months, for the offense of Possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Officer John Werner of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Teneyck for the offense in March 2012.
Victoria Trindle, 34, of Columbia Cross Roads, Pa., was sentenced to Probation supervision for a term of two years, costs and restitution of $209.56, for the offense of Receiving Stolen Property, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Trooper Brandon Allis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Trindle following investigation of an incident that occurred in Sylvania Township in November 2013.
Logan Abbott, 23, of Wyalusing, Pa., was sentenced to Probation supervision for a term of one year, for the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor. Trooper Robert Hutchison of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Abbott following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wysox Township in October 2013.
Curtis Clark, 25, of Wyalusing, Pa., was sentenced to Probation supervision for a term of six months, fines of $300.00 plus court costs, restitution of $290, for the offense of Receiving Stolen Property, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Trooper Keith Roman of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Clark following investigation of an incident that occurred in Monroe Township in January 2015.
Millard Decker, 37, of Ulster, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 72 hours to six months, fines, costs of $1,000, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Trooper Christopher Schelling of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Decker following investigation of an incident that occurred in Athens Township in November 2104.
Randi Potter, 26, of Towanda, Pa., was sentenced to Probation supervision for a term of six months, costs and restitution of $120, for the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor. Trooper Mike Adams of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Potter following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Borough in October 2014.
Timothy Belloma, 28, of Elmira, N.Y., was sentenced to imprisonment in Bradford County Correctional Facility for 72 days to 12 months followed by Probation supervision for a term of 12 months, fines, costs, restitution of $750; he will also lose his driver's license for six months for the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, also a misdemeanor. Officer Bruce Hoffman of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Belloma for the offense on Feb. 3, 2015.
Shawnnah Card, 24, of Burlington, Pa., was sentenced to Probation supervision for a term of 24 months, fines, costs, restitution of $500 plus $120; she will also lose her driver's license for six months, for the offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Card following investigation of an incident that occurred in North Towanda Township.
GUILTY PLEAS
Thomas Minder, 26, Canton, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Simple Assault, a misdemeanor of the second degree, Recklessly Endangering another Person, a misdemeanor of the second degree, Harassment, a summary offense and Disorderly Conduct, also a summary offense. Minder will be sentenced on Aug. 6, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Chief Doug Seeley of the Canton Borough Police Department arrested Minder for the offense in February 2015.
Brian Williams, 36, Sayre, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Simple Assault, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Williams will be sentenced on July 27, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Nikki Hoffman of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested Williams for the offense in October 2014.
Eric Harrigan, 31, Sayre, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Retail Theft, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Harrigan will be sentenced on July 27, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Daniel Thomas of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Harrigan for the offense in January 2015.
Eric Harrigan, 31, Sayre, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Tamper with Evidence, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Harrigan will be sentenced on July 27, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Sean Flynn of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Harrigan for the offense in December 2014.
Michael Rought, 32, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, misdemeanor. Rought will be sentenced on July 27, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Corey McLinko of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Rought for the offense in November 2014.
Michael Howard, 47, Rome, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor and Driving Under Suspension (DUI Related), a summary offense. Howard will be sentenced on July 27, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper William McDermott of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Howard following investigation of an incident that occurred in Sheshequin Township.
David Irons Jr., 28, Sayre, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offenses of two counts of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, both misdemeanors. Irons was sentenced on June 15, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Andrew Stevens and Officer Thomas Zebrowski both from the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Irons for the offense on Feb. 20, 2015 and March 14, 2015.
Devin Hubert, 19, Athens, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Criminal Trespass, a felony of the third degree. Hubert will be sentenced on July 27, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Thomas VanFleet of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Hubert for the offense on May 10, 2015.
John Gundaker, 44, S.C.I. Coal Township, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony, and two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Gundaker was sentenced to one year of probation supervision, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Agents of the Bradford County Task Force arrested Gundaker for the offense in April 2014.
Bridget Dauberman, 25, Nichols, N.J., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Retail Theft, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Dauberman will be sentenced on July 27, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Thomas VanFleet of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Dauberman for the offense on March 10, 2015.
Timothy Colton, 34, Troy, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of two counts of Indecent Assault, misdemeanors of the second degree. Colton will be sentenced, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Brandon Allis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Colton following investigation of an incident that occurred in Troy Township.
Nancy Benjamin, 26, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Benjamin will be sentenced on July 30, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Keith Stackhouse of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Benjamin for the offense in April 2015.
Nancy Benjamin, 26, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Benjamin will be sentenced on July 30, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Corey McLinko of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Benjamin for the offense in October 2014.
Andrew Mathews, 39, Sayre, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Criminal Trespass, a felony of the third degree, Conspiracy/False Reports, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Mathews will be sentenced on July 30, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Nathan Lewis and Trooper Gabriel Paduck both from the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Mathews following investigation of an incident that occurred in North Towanda Township and LeRaysville Borough.
Melissa Hartford, 39, Roaring Branch, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under Suspension, a summary offense, and Required Financially Responsibility, also a summary offense. Hartford was sentenced to pay fines of $500, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Caroline Rayeski of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Hartford following investigation of an incident that occurred in Canton Township.
Donna Holland, 52, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony. Holland will be sentenced on July 30, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Holland following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Borough.
Timothy Oliver Jr., 18, Gillett, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Corruption of Minors, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Oliver will be sentenced, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Robert Richter of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Oliver following investigation of an incident that occurred in South Creek Township.
Lynn Kinch, 58, Granville Summit, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Recklessly Endangering, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Kinch will be sentenced on July 27, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Kyle Gruber of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Kinch following investigation of an incident that occurred in Granville Township.
Jacob Mosier, 26, Waverly, N.Y., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Disorderly Conduct, a misdemeanor of the third degree. Mosier will be sentenced on July 2, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Bruce Hoffman of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Mosier for the offense on Aug. 31, 2013.
Shawn McKean, 29, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Obstruction of Administration of Law, a misdemeanor of the second degree. McKean will be sentenced on July 27, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Robert Richter of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested McKean following investigation of an incident that occurred in North Towanda Township on Dec. 18, 2014.

Aaron Blanton, 37, entered a plea of nolo contendere/no contest to Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Blanton will be sentenced on July 30, 2015, following preparation of a pre-sentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. A no-contest plea is entered where the defendant cannot recall the event but will be held guilty and sentenced. Officer John Werner of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Blanton for the offense on March 5, 2015.
