Walmart theft leads to charges
Darcy Mae Crone, 28, of Wellsburg, N.Y., was charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property by Athens Township Police after Crone was seen in the Elmira Street Walmart in Athens Township stuffing various items into a duffle bag and leaving the store without paying for the items on Aug. 5, Athens police said.
Police said the items totaled $208.02.
Crone has been issued a summons to appear before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw on Sept. 8 for her preliminary hearing.
Sayre woman charged after underage drinking party
Sayre Borough Police charged 20-year-old Tori Lynn Ackley, of Sayre, with providing false identification to law enforcement, three counts of corruption of minors, purchasing alcoholic beverages by a minor, and three counts of selling or furnishing alcohol to minors, Sayre police said.
On Aug. 11, police responded to a North Elmer Avenue residence - later identified as Ackley's residence where she hosted the party - in Sayre after reports of an underage drinking party, police said.
Police said they saw five people at the residence and four were under 21 years old, but Ackley provided police with a birthday that would make her 21.
Police said all people on the porch except for one person had alcohol on their breath.
Police contacted Ackley's school and confirmed her age was 20 years old, police said.
Ackley was remanded to the Bradford County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
Ackley will appear before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw on Aug. 25 for her preliminary hearing.
Towanda woman charged with assault
Laura Elizabeth Dinelli, 22, of Towanda has been charged with simple assault and harassment relating to a July 12 incident on Babcock Hill Road in Windham Township.
According to police, Dinelli shoved Catherine Halley Bride to the ground, causing Bride to fall backward and break her right wrist.
Dinelli has been sent a summons to appear before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton at 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 15 for a preliminary hearing.
Monroeton man assaults person at party
Emery Frederick Johnson Jr., 29, of Monroeton has been charged with simple assault and harassment relating to a July 12 incident on Babcock Hill Road in Windham Township.
According to police, Johnson struck a person in the face multiple times while leaving a party at a cabin.
Johnson has been sent a summons to appear before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton at 1:45 p.m. on Sept. 15 for a preliminary hearing.
Two involved in physical altercation
Michael Longcoy, 26, and Angela Baker, 24, have been charged with harassment relating to a physical altercation that occurred on Aug. 8 on Main Street in New Albany Borough.
According to police, the two became involved in a dispute inside their residence.
Man accused of scattering trash
Nathan Douglas Krager, 19, of LeRaysville has been charged with scattering rubbish relating to an Aug. 3 incident on State Route 487 in Orwell Township.
According to police, the victim, Joseph Walter Regan, 63, of Rome discovered trash on his property with a pay stub belonging to Krager inside.
Police said charges have been filed at the courtroom of Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton.
Burglary at seasonal cabin in Terry Twp.
A seasonal cabin belonging to Douglas Minch, 56, of Horsham was allegedly burglarized sometime between the dates of July 30 and Aug. 5 at its location on Airborne Lane in Terry Township.
According to police, Minch found that the cabin had been broken into and several items were missing from inside.

Propane heater stolen
State police are investigating a report of a burglary that occurred sometime between July 24 and Aug. 7 at a private residence on Parker Road in Wyalusing Township.
According to police, a portable propane heater belonging to Clark Allen Walker, 48, of Wysox was missing from the property.

No injuries in Wyalusing crash
A two car accident occurring on Aug. 7 on Marsh Street in Wyalusing Borough resulted in no injuries, according to a press release from state police.
Police said the accident happened when Kenneth R. Walter, 54, of Towanda backed his 2010 Nissan Titan truck into a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro operated by Betty J. Teel, 44, of Wyalusing.
The Camaro sustained disabling damage during the incident, police said.
Walter was charged with a summary moving violation for his role in the accident.
DUI crash details
Everett E. Baldwin, 54, of LeRaysville suffered no injuries after police say he crashed a 2004 Ford F-150 truck into a tree alongside Little Meadows Road in Warren Township on July 20.
Police said they arrested Baldwin for driving while under the influence of alcohol in relation to the incident.
DUI charges
The following people were recently charged with driving while under the influence in Bradford County:
Charles Michael Howell, 38, of Wysox, by state police, on July 17, on Route 6 in Standing Stone Township. Howell has also been charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to notify a change of address, driving on a suspended license, failing to stay in his lane, reckless driving and careless driving. A blood test revealed on the night of his arrest Howell had a blood alcohol content of .22 percent. Howell has been sent a summons to appear before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton at 1 p.m. on Sept. 15 for a preliminary hearing.
Adam John Hogan, 30, of Towanda, by state police, on July 18, on Route 6 in Wysox Township. Hogan has also been charged with failing to stay in his lane, texting while driving and careless driving. A blood test revealed on the night of his arrest Hogan has a blood alcohol content of .208 percent. Hogan has been sent a summons to appear before Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark at 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 28 for a preliminary hearing.
Marcus Matthew Jackson, 28, of Rome, by state police, on Aug. 7, on Maximus Lane in Rome Township. Jackson has also been charged with driving a vehicle without inspection and careless driving. Jackson refused to submit to a blood test to establish his blood alcohol content on the night of his arrest. Jackson has been sent a summons to appear before Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark at 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 28 for a preliminary hearing.
Hila Jane Kinner, 51, of Wyalusing, by state police, on July 26, on Route 6 in Wyalusing Township. Kinner has also been charged with failing to stay in her lane, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving. A blood test revealed on the night of her arrest Kinner had a blood alcohol content of .186 percent. Kinner has been sent a summons to appear before Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark at 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 28 for a preliminary hearing.
