Cars were broken into while parked at fitness clubs in Chesterfield, and the Chesterfield County/Colonial Heights Crime Solvers program needs your help to solve the cases.

Between 4:45 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 10, several cars were broken into at the Midlothian Athletic Club, 10800 Center View Drive, and the Woodlake Aquatic Fitness Club, 14710 Village Square Place. In each case, purses were left in the vehicles in plain sight. Stolen debit cards, credit cards and checks were used, and the total monetary loss was substantial.

Security footage from the Gas Mart at 11201 Patrick Henry Highway in Amelia County revealed a black female suspect, 20-29 years of age. She wore a pink hooded sweatshirt and blue shorts, and she was seen in a black, Nissan sedan. A picture of the suspect and her car can be seen on the Crime of the Week page of crimesolvers.net.
