The following were sentenced by Pike County President Judge Joseph F. Kameen:
-âErica Gigi, 33, Matamoras, one to 12 months in county prison and $200 fine for possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia on July 3 in Matamoras.
-âTaylor Talmadge, 20, Port Jervis, N.Y., three to 11½ months in county prison and $300 fine for retail theft on Nov. 6, 2012, in Westfall Twp.
-âMichael Gasperini, 32, Port Jervis, N.Y., 18 months to five years in county prison, $3,500 fine and three years' driver's license suspension for DUI, possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct on Aug. 10, 2012, in Matamoras and Sept. 19 in Westfall Twp.
-âCollin Purdue, 20, Highland Lakes, N.J., 48 hours to six months in county prison, $500 fine and 12 months' driver's license suspension for DUI on Nov. 11, 2012, in Delaware Twp.
-âJon Gambino, 26, Westtown, N.Y., six to 12 months in county prison followed by 12 months' probation and $500 fine for retail theft on Feb. 13 in Westfall Twp.
-âJames Powers, 58, Scranton, 11 months to three years in state prison and $500 fine for retail theft on Nov. 4, 2012, in Westfall Twp.
-âAlicia Solomon, 24, Port Jervis, N.Y., one to 23½ months in county prison followed by six months' probation for theft by deception, criminal conspiracy and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia between February and March.
