The following information was provided by the Hopewell Police Department.
- Assault-Aggravated: On Nov. 18, 1:15 a.m. police responded to John Randolph Hospital for a reported assault that occurred in the 600 blk of E Broadway. Known offender assaulted victim by punching and was arrested.
- Burglary/Breaking and Entering/Residential: On Nov. 16, at 12 p.m., police responded to the 1300 blk of Liberty Ave for a reported burglary. Unknown offender entered residence by kicking rear door. Nothing stolen.
- Burglary/Breaking and Entering/Residential: On Nov. 23, at 2:30 p.m., police responded to the 2600 blk of Bristol St for a reported burglary. Unknown offender entered residence via unlocked window & stole a game system, games & controllers.
- Burglary/Breaking and Entering/Residential: On Nov. 24, 3:30 p.m., police responded to the 1100 blk of Arlington Rd for a reported burglary. Known offender entered residence via rear door and stole a tv. Warrants obtained.
- Drug/Narcotic Violation: On Nov. 18, at 6:36 p.m., police responded to the 3500 blk of Oaklawn Blvd in reference to a suspicious person. Known offender was found to be in possession of various narcotics and paraphernalia and was arrested.
- Drug/Narcotic Violation: On Nov. 19, at 6:19 p.m., police responded to the 3400 block of Courthouse Rd for reported drug activity. Known offender sold narcotics to another known subject and was arrested.
- Drug/Narcotic Violation:
On Nov. 22, at 1:26 a.m., police stopped a vehicle in the 2300 blk of Oaklawn Blvd for a traffic violation. The driver was found to be intoxicated and attempted to flee, injuring officers. The driver was arrested for multiple offenses, including dui, assault, possession of marijuana and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
- Larceny-All Other Larceny: On Nov. 1, at 12:01 a.m., police responded to the 1100 blk of Wall Ave for a reported larceny. Unknown offender stole tools from a rear yard and an unsecured bicycle from under a deck.
- Larceny-Shoplifing: On Nov. 22, 11:35 p.m., Police responded to the 2300 blk of Oaklawn Blvd for a reported larceny. Unknown offender used several items in the store and left without paying for the items.
- Larceny-Shoplifting: On Nov. 24, at 2:35 a.m., Police responded to the 900 blk of Colonial Corner Dr in reference to a larceny. Unknown offender stole alcohol from business.
- Larceny-Shoplifting: On Nov. 24, at 2:15 p.m., Police responded to the 300 blk of E Broadway for a reported larceny. Unknown offender stole personal items from business.
- Larceny-Theft from Building: On Nov. 18, at 6 p.m., police responded to the 3800 blk of Eagle Dr for a reported larceny. Unknown offender stole copper pipe from outside of a residence.
- Larceny-Theft from Building: On Nov. 15, at 5:30 p.m., police responded to the 1200 blk of Wall Ave for a reported larceny. Unknown offender stole keys and a work badge from residence.
- Larceny-Theft from Building: On Nov. 6, at 12 a.m., police responded to the 400 blk of Randolph Rd for a reported larceny. Unknown offender stole food from freezer.
- Larceny-Theft from Building: On Nov. 15, at 11 p.m., police responded to the 4100 blk of old iron ct for a reported larceny. Unknown offender stole ring from residence.
- Larceny-Theft from Building: On Nov. 21, at 11:30 p.m., police responded to the 400 blk of westhill ave for reported found property. Unknown offender stole a surveillance camera from outside of a building. The camera case was recovered.
- Larceny-Theft from Building: On Nov. 22, at 8 a.m., police responded to the 2200 blk of Dublin St for a reported larceny. Unknown offender stole two secured bicycles from rear porch by cutting the chain.
- Motor Vehicle Theft/Moped, Motorcycle, Other Vehicle: On Nov. 19, at 9 a.m., police responded to the 2100 blk of Dellrose Dr for a reported larceny. Unknown offender stole two dirt bikes from a residential yard.
- Vandalism/Damage/Destruction Of Property: On Nov. 16, at 6 p.m., police responded to the 200 blk of Appomattox St for a reported vandalism. Unknown offender damaged a public door.
- Vandalism/Damage/Destruction Of Property: On Nov. 20, at 4 a.m., police responded to headquarters for a reported assault and vandalism that occurred in the 1000 blk of Langston Park Dr. Known offender assaulted victim and broke a vehicle windshield. Warrants obtained.
-Vandalism/Damage/Destruction Of Property: On Nov. 21, at 11:25 a.m., Police responded to the 400 blk of S Mesa Dr for a fire alarm activation. Known offender pulled the fire alarm and damaged school property. Petitions pending.
- Vandalism/Damage/Destruction Of Property: On Nov. 21, at 7:30 p.m., Police responded to the 900 blk of Pine Ave for a reported vandalism. Unknown offender slashed vehicle tires.
- Vandalism/Damage/Destruction Of Property: On Nov. 21, at 10:30 p.m., Police responded to the 1600 blk of Old Iron Rd. For a reported vandalism. Unknown offender slashed vehicle tires.
- Vandalism/Damage/Destruction Of Property: On Nov. 22, 7 p.m., Police responded to the 1400 blk of Tabb Ave for a reported vandalism. Unknown offender kicked a vehicle denting the side panels.
- Vandalism/Damage/Destruction Of Property: On Nov. 24, at 9:50 a.m., Police responded to the 2000 blk of Sunnyside Ave for a reported vandalism that occurred in the 1100 blk of Arlington Rd. Unknown offender cracked vehicle windows.
- Vandalism/Damage/Destruction Of Property: On Nov. 24, at 1 p.m., Police responded to the 400 blk of S 20th Ave for a reported vandalism. Unknown offender kicked residential door.
- Burglary/Breaking And Entering/Residential: On Nov. 27, at 5:31 a.m., police responded to the 2100 blk of Dublin St for a reported burglary. Unknown offender entered residence without forced entry and fled when observed. Nothing stolen.
