- Police responded to the 20100 block of Halloway Avenue at 5:50 p.m. Dec. 2 for a reported simple assault with hands, fists, feet, etc.
- Police responded to the 20600 block of Matoaca Road at 9:15 p.m. Dec. 2 for a reported death investigation-suicide threatened.

- Larceny-From Motor Vehicles: At 11:30 p.m. Dec. 1, police responded to the 3100 block of Dupuy Road for a reported larceny. Victim stated locked vehicle was entered and clothing and furs, consumable goods, currency, notes, etc, miscellaneous property, TVs, radios, cameras, computers, etc were stolen. No signs of forced entry were noted.

A screen to the living room window had been cut and the window opened.

Unknown suspects approached the victim as he was unloading groceries from his vehicle parked in his driveway. Displaying a handgun, suspects demanded the victim's wallet. When the victim began to shout, the suspects ran off.
