The following were sentenced by Pike County President Judge Joseph F. Kameen:
n Robert Long, 47, Port Jervis, N.Y., 12 months of probation and $250 fine for retail theft on June 27 in Westfall Twp.
n Jennifer Stangl, 32, Port Jervis, N.Y., 24 months of probation and $400 fine for retail theft between August and September in Westfall Twp.
n Paul Simmons, 27, Tobyhanna, one to 23 months in the Pike County Correctional Facility, a $100 fine and $2,993 in restitution for theft of services between April and June 2012.
n Dennis McBee, 28, Port Jervis, N.Y., 88 days to 18 months in the Pike County Correctional Facility and $300 fine for criminal conspiracy to commit forgery on June 14, 2010, in Matamoras.
n James Goff, 28, Lords Valley, 12 months of probation and $450 fine for recklessly endangering another person between December 2012 and March in Blooming Grove Twp.
n Michael Borges, 29, Scranton, three to six months in the Pike County Correctional Facility and $300 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 20, 2012, in Greene Twp.
n Clarence Snyder, 28, Matamoras, 12 months of probation and $500 fine for criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft between April 14 and April 29 in Westfall Twp.
n Joseph Giordano, 28, Greentown, three to six months in the Pike County Correctional Facility and $200 fine for criminal conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking and defiant trespass between July 8 and July 11 in Green Twp.
n Salvatore Starita, 48, Brooklyn, N.Y., 1 to 12 months in the Pike County Correctional Facility and $600 fine for simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and criminal mischief on March 24 in Blooming Grove Twp.
n Phillip Brown, 23, Brick, N.J., 22 to 72 months in a state correctional facility and $3,000 fine for burglary, criminal conspiracy to commit burglary, receiving stolen property and theft from a motor vehicle on Aug. 22 in Delaware Twp.
The following were sentenced by Wayne County President Judge Raymond L. Hamill:
n Louis David Smales, 41, Albrightsville, nine to 23½ months in the Wayne County Correctional Facility, $5,000 in restitution, no unsupervised contact with anyone under 18, a sex offender evaluation and $250 for DNA sample for indecent assault between May 28, 2010 and July 31, 2012.
n Christopher M. Benedict, 22, Lake Ariel, six months of probation, $300 fine, an alcohol highway safety program and 50 hours of community service for DUI on Jan. 26 in Salem Twp.
n Tiffany M. Tully, 34, Browndale, six months of probation, $300 fine, a drug and alcohol evaluation, an alcohol highway safety program and 40 hours of community service for DUI on June 15 in Waymart.
n Eric S. Guth, 26, Hawley, four to 12 months in the Wayne County Correctional Facility, $174.90 in restitution and a drug and alcohol evaluation for criminal mischief on June 6 in Berlin Twp.
n Daniel V. Longcoy, 48, Waymart, three to 12 months in the Wayne County Correctional Facility, $1,000 fine, drug and alcohol treatment and a mental health evaluation for two counts of make/repair/sell offensive weapons on July 7 in Canaan Twp.
n Francis M. Fitzgerald, 40, Tobyhanna, 42 to 120 months in a state correctional facility and $250 for a DNA sample for two counts of receiving stolen property on July 30 in Paupack Twp. and Aug. 1 in Texas Twp.
n Joseph M. Flora, 20, Harris, N.Y., one to 23½ months in the Wayne County Correctional Facility for criminal conspiracy to commit theft on Sept. 19, 2012, in Damascus Twp.
n Helena M. Soberal, 19, Dingman's Ferry, 12 months of probation, $300 fine, a drug and alcohol evaluation and 50 hours of community service for retail theft on Aug. 12 in Texas Twp.
