Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons recently plead guilty in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda, Pa.:
Travis Lee Kitchen, 42, Rome, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Delivery of Oxycodone, a felony. Kitchen will be sentenced on April 17, 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Michael Adams of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Kitchen following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wysox Township.
Christopher Clark, 42, Addison, NY, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Criminal Trespass, a misdemeanor of the third degree, Disorderly Conduct, a summary offense and Public Drunkenness, another summary offense. Clark will be sentenced on April 17, 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Christopher Stecik of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Clark following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Township on November 27, 2013.
John Parker Jr, 31, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor. Parker will be sentenced on April 17, 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Joshua Fisher of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Parker following investigation of an incident that occurred in Burlington Township on October 6, 2013.
Rodney Russell, 50, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Simple Assault, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Russell will be sentenced on April 17, 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Michael Tribendis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Russell following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Township on November 4, 2013.
Jose A. Duran, 36, Elmira, NY, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Sexual Assault, a felony of the second degree and Indecent Assault, a misdemeanor. Duran will be sentenced in June 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department and a report by the Pennsylvania Sexual Offender Assessment Board. Officers Derek Dekar of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested Duran for the offense.

Keegan H. Brown, 29, Elmira, NY, to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from three days to six months and a fine of $300.00, he will also lose his driver's license for 12 months, an additional license suspension of 12 months will be imposed for refusal to submit to testing when arrested, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Marijuana, a misdemeanor. Officer Sean Flynn of the Sayre Police Department arrested Brown for the offense in August.

Michael Hajduga, 45, Columbia Crossroads, PA, entered a plea of nolo contendere/ no contest to Simple Assault, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Hajduga will e sentenced in 2014, following preparation of a pre-sentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. A no-contest plea is entered where the defendant cannot recall the event but will be held guilty and sentenced. Trooper Christopher Stecik of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Hajduga following invesitagation of an incident that occurred in Ridgebury Township on October 4, 2013.
