District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett reported that the following persons were recently sentenced in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:
Richard Frankenfield, 56, Albany Twp., Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in Bradford County Correctional Facility for seven months to 23 months, 29 days, fines, costs, restitution, for the offense of Recklessly Endangering another Person. The Pennsylvania State Police arrested Frankenfield following investigation of an incident that occurred in Albany Township.
William Foster Gleason, 51, Canton, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in State Prison for three years to seven years, fines and court costs of $4,000.00, for the offense of four convictions for Indecent Assault. Trooper Brandon Allis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Gleason following investigation of an incident that occurred in Canton Township.
Tracy Parkhurst, 26, Sugar Run, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 72 hours to six months, fines, costs and restitution of $1,000.00, he will also lose his driver's license for 12 months, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Trooper David Sweeney of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Parkhurst following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wysox Township on April 17, 2014.
Henry Bothwell, 48, Stevensville, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for seven days to six months, fines, costs, restitution of $1,000.00; he will also lose his driver's license for 12 months for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Trooper William McDermott of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Bothwell following investigation of an incident that occurred in Stevens Township on April 26, 2014.
Skyler Smith, 23, Athens, Pa., was sentenced to Probation supervision for a term of 12 months, fines, costs, restitution of $500.00 for the offense of Obstruction of Administration of Law, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Trooper Miranda Musick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Smith following investigation of an incident that occurred in North Towanda Township on May 14, 2014.
Beth Coleman, 39, Athens, Pa., was sentenced to Probation supervision for a term of 12 months, fines of $500.00 and restitution of $2,103.36 for the offense of Theft, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Officer George Nichols of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Coleman for the offence on Sept. 6, 2013.
Caleb Chilson, 24, Forksville, Pa., was sentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for eight months to 23 months, 29 days, fines of $1,000.00 and restitution of $4,580.00, for the offense of Theft, a felony of the third degree. Trooper Sean Cooney of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Chilson following investigation of an incident that occurred in Monroe Township.
Michael Rogers, 19, Sayre, Pa., was resentenced to imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 40 days to 23 months, 29 days, Probation supervision for a term of three years, and court costs for the offense of Corruption of Minors, a felony of the third degree and Indent Assault, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Trooper David Pelachick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Rogers following investigation of an incident that occurred in Sylvania Borough.
Nicholas Hughes, 21, Towanda, Pa., was sentenced to Probation supervision for a term of 18 months, fines of $750.00 plus $465.00 restitution for the offense of Possession with intent to deliver, a felony, and Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor. Trooper Michael Adams of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Hughes following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wysox Township.

Kristopher Reeves, 29, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony.
Reeves will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Robert Hutchison of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Reeves for the offense in Towanda Township.
Tara Hassler, 29, Canton, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession with Intent to Deliver, a felony. Hassler will be sentenced on March 30, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Michael Adams of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Hassler following investigation of an incident that occurred in Canton Borough.
Todd Robinson, 53, Sayre, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Robinson will be sentenced on March 30, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Jason Serfas of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Robinson for the offense on Aug. 30, 2014.
Paul Ackerman, 66, Ulster, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Ackerman will be sentenced, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Caroline Rayeski of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Ackerman following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Township on Oct. 12, 2014.
Craig Roote, 35, Horseheads, N.Y., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Roote will be sentenced on March 26, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Gabriel Paduck of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Roote following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wells Township on Oct. 8, 2014.
Dakotah Anthony, 27, Gillett, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Anthony will be sentenced on March 26, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Christopher Schelling of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Anthony following investigation of an incident that occurred in Springfield Township on June 28, 2014.
William Swackhammer, 48, Athens, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Swackhammer will be sentenced on March 30, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Thomas VanFleet of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Swackhammer for the offense in September 2014.
Lindsay Hart, 26, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of two counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony. Hart will be sentenced on March 16, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Hart following investigation of an incident that occurred in Bradford County.
Joshua Nemeth, 31, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Nemeth will be sentenced on March 12, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Sergeant David Lantz of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Nemeth for the offense on May 20, 2014.
Charles Kenyon, 58, Towanda, Pa., entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Kenyon will be sentenced on March 16, 2015, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper James Dughi of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Kenyon following investigation of an incident that occurred in Albany Township on July 31, 2014.

Eric Hurlbert, 23, Athens, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation Hurlbert will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Hurlbert must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and he will lose his Pennsylvania driving Privilege for 60 days. Officer Derek Dekar of the Athens Borough Police Department filed the charges on Oct. 5, 2014 for the offense in Athens Borough.
Mary Patton, 63, Towanda, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation Patton will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Patton must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and he will lose his Pennsylvania driving Privilege for 60 days. Trooper Michael Tribendis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Patton for the offense.
Timothy Hamm, 30, Towanda, Pa., charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, Hamm, will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Hamm must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and he will lose his Pennsylvania driving Privilege for 60 days. Trooper Michael O'Boyle of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Hamm for the offense.
