Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following people were recently sentenced in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Burton Johnson, 35, Towanda, Pa, was sentenced to Probation for a term of 18 months and a fine of $150 for the offense of Theft, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Trooper Mark Sadowski of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Johnson following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Township on April 25, 2012.

Thomas Manning, 42, Athens, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility of from four months to five years and a fine of $500, for the offense of Corruption of Minors.

Officer Steven Burlingame of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Manning for the offense in May 2013.

Donald Rice, 37, Waverly, NY, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from three months to 23 months for the offense of Corruption of Minors. Trooper Brandon Allis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Rice following investigation of an incident that occurred in Sayre Borough.

Matthew B. Crandle, 33, Troy, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from six months to 48 months, he was also ordered to pay restitution of $46,848, for the offense of Theft by Deception, the court delayed the incarceration for 30 days. Trooper Nathan Lewis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Crandle following investigation of an incident that occurred in Canton Township.

Todd Grover, 21, Towanda, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 72 hours to six months and a fine of $1,000; he will also lose his driver's license for 12 months for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Trooper Brandon Allis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Grover following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Borough on Nov. 29, 2012.

Duane A. Walter Jr, 27, Wyalusing, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from four months to 12 months; he was also ordered to pay restitution of $2645 for the offense of Theft by Unlawful Taking. Trooper Nathan Lewis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Walter for the offense.

David Crane, 23, Towanda, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from two and half months to 23 ½ months and a fine of $2500 for the offense of Corruption of Minors, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Trooper David Pelachick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Crane following investigation of an incident that occurred in Leroy Township in March 2013.

David Lee Kellogg III, 22, Covington, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility of from six and a half to 16 years, for the offense of Aggravated Indecent Assault and three counts of Statutory Sexual Assault. Trooper David Pelachick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Kellogg following investigation of an incident that occurred in Springfield Township. Kellogg will also be required to register as a sexual offender for his lifetime. Kellogg will receive credit for 267 days of incarceration at the Bradford County Correctional Facility before he was sentenced to state prison.

Shannon L. Kellam, 36, Athens, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of 48 hours and a fine of $500, she will also lose her driver's license for 12 months, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol. Officer Nathan Ross of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Kellam for the offense.

Harold V. Vanderpool, 43, of Barton, NY, was sentenced to Probation for a term of two years and was also ordered to pay reimbursement $200 for buy money, and will also lose his driver's license for six months, for the offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Vicodin). A member of the Bradford County Drug Task Force arrested Vanderpool for the offense.

Cricket M. Grover, 25, Monroeton, PA was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from six month to 23 months with Probation for a term of two years and a fine of $200, she will also lose his driver's license for six months, for the offense of Introduction Contraband into Correctional Facility.

Trooper Thad Warnick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Grover for the offense.

Peter Rosenberger, 30, of Athens, PA was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 72 hours to six months and a fine of $1,000, he will also lose his driver's license for 24 months, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the second degree, Fleeing and Eluding, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Officer Bruce Hoffman of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Rosenberger for the offense in July 13, 2013.

Michael Porter, 30, of Troy, PA was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in Bradford County Correctional Facility for 90 days and County Intermediate Punishment for 24 months, he will also lose his driver's license for six months, for the offenses of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony, and Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance, also a felony. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Porter following investigation of an incident that occurred in Athens Township in May 2013.

Stephen Patel, 30, of Lajunta, CO, was sentence to a term of imprisonment in Bradford County Correctional Facility of from six days to six months and County Intermediate Punishment for six months and a fine of $1000, he will also lose his driver's license for 12 months, and an additional license suspension of 12 months will be imposed for refusal to submit to testing when arrested, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Officer Joshua Lake of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Patel for the offense in June 1, 2013.

Mindy R. Burnett, 25, of Towanda, PA was sentence to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from three months to 18 months and a fine of $300, for the offense of Corruption of Minors.

Officer Ryan Edsell of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Burnett for the offense. Burnett will be required to register as a sexual offender for a term of 15 years.

Mark V. Wurzler, 23, of Towanda, PA, was sentenced to Probation for a term of one year and a fine of $150, for the offense of Criminal Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Wurzler for the offense.

Jesse Dupont, 21, Troy, PA was resentenced following revocation of his original sentence of probation for violation of probation conditions to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 20 days to six months and Probation for a term of one year, for the offense of Disorderly Conduct and Defiant Trespass. Officer Michael Northup of the Troy Borough Police Department arrested Dupont for the offense.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons were recently accepted into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) Program in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Patrick Spiers, 21, Magnolia, NJ, charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, Spiers will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Spiers must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel and he will lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days. Officer Trey Kurtz of the Canton Police department filed the charges in July for the offense in Canton Borough.

Lexus Parsons, 21, Sugar Run, PA, charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 12 months. While on probation, Parsons will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Parsons must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement; she will also lose her Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days. Trooper Joshua Fisher of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Parsons for the offense in July 11, 2013 in Terry Township.

Jaime Sutryk, 41, Sayre, PA, charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation, Sutryk will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Sutryk must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement; he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days. Officer Rich Horton of the Athens Township Police Department filed the Charges in July 26, 2013 for the offense in Athens Township.

Douglas T. Wenzel, 44, Athens, PA, charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation, Wenzel will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Wenzel must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement; he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days. Officer Jason Serfas of the Sayre Borough Police Department filed the charges in September for the offense in Sayre Borough.

Budd W. Clark, 61, Wysox, PA, charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation, Clark will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Clark must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement; he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days. Officer John Hennessey of the Towanda Borough Police Department filed the charges in August for the offense in Towanda Borough.

Tony Rickard, 27, Benton, PA, charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation, Rickard will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Rickard must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement; he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days. Trooper Steven Steransky of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Rickard for the offense on Sept. 22, 2013, in Rome Township.

Thomas Cotter, 55, Milan, PA, charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, in May 2013, Trooper Michael Moser of the Pennsylvania State Police, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation, Cotter will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Cotter must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement; he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days.

Gerald Irvine, 55, Towanda, PA, charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation, Irvine will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Irvine must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel as conditions of ARD placement; he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days. Trooper John Fisher of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Irvine for the offense on Sept. 14, 2013, in Towanda Township.

District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons were recently sentenced in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Ethan A. Culver, 25, Athens, PA, was sentenced to a fine of $500, he will also lose his driver's license for 12 months for the offense of Fleeing and Eluding. Trooper Christopher Stecik of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Culver following investigation of an incident that occurred in Athens Township.

Renee Sluyter, 37, Alabama, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 17 days to 18 months, she was also ordered to pay restitution of $4,400 for the offense of theft.

Trooper Joshua Fisher of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Sluyter following investigation of an incident that occurred in 2011 in Wysox Township. Sluyter had been arrested in Alabama with a warrant and was transported to Pennsylvania.

Bradford County District Attorney, Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons recently entered guilty pleas in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Ronald Chesla, 48, Rome, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, a felony. Chesla will be sentenced on Jan. 30, 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vise and Narcotics Unit arrested Chesla following investigation of an incident that occurred in Rome Borough on Oct. 25, 2012.

Larry Bennett, 54, Towanda, PA, entered pleas of guilty to the offense of Possession of a Designer Drug, a felony. Bennett will be sentenced on January 30, 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vise and Narcotics Unit arrested Bennett following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Township on July 2, 2013.

Kaleb Whyte, 23, Monroeton, PA, entered a plea of guilty to Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Whyte will be sentenced on Jan. 30, 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper David Sweeney of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Whyte for the offense following investigation of an incident that occurred in June 30, 2013 in Albany Township.

Ethan A. Culver, 25, Athens, PA, entered a plea of guilty to Fleeing and Eluding, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Trooper Christopher Stecik of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Culver following investigation of an incident that occurred in Athens Township.

Christopher Sanger, 21, Tunkhannock, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Burglary, a felony of the first degree. Sanger will be sentenced on January 30, 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Michael Mislevy of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Sanger following investigation of an incident that occurred in Tuscarora Township.

Renee Sluyter, 37, Wysox, PA entered a plea of guilty to Theft, a felony of the third degree. Trooper Joshua Fisher of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Sluyter following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wysox Township in 2011. Sluyter had been placed in the diversionary ARD program but failed to comply with the program the ARD was revoked and the case was called to trial.

Duane Demellier, 32, Sayre, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Obstruction, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Demellier will be sentenced a Jan. 30, 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Miranda Musick from the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Demellier following investigation of an incident that occurred in North Towanda Township.

Tonya Merritt, 25, Wyalusing, PA, entered a plea of guilty to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

Merritt will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Deputy Brian Wibirt of the Bradford County Sheriffs Officer Department arrested Merritt for the offense February after observing paraphernalia.

Amber Muzzy, 25, New Albany, PA entered a plea of guilty to Theft, a misdemeanor of the first degree.

Muzzy will be sentenced following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Richard Horton of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Muzzy for the offense in July.

Charles Skaggs, 44, formerly of Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of Methamphetamine precursors, a felony. Skaggs will be sentenced on Jan. 30, 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Sergeant David Lantz of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Skaggs for the offense on May.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett announced that the following persons were recently sentenced in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Phillip Warfle, 24, Tunkhannock, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 49 days to 23 months, for the offenses of Hindering, felony Trespassing and Possession of a Controlled Substance. In three separate cases Warfle had been arrested by Trooper Nate Lewis of the Pennsylvania State Police and Deputies Dan Bush and Patrick Butkiewicz of the Bradford County Sherriff's Department.

Devaun Stedge, 25, Columbia Crossroads, PA, was sentenced to probation for a total term of six months, and a fine of $100, for the offense of Flight to Avoid Prosecution. Officer Jeremy Horton of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Stedge for the offense.

Shamarr Grant, 32, Binghamton, NY, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility of from 36 months to 72 months, he was also ordered to pay restitution of $600 (buy money) and a fine of $1000, he will also lose his driver's license for six months for the offense of Delivery of Controlled Substance, a felony. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Grant following investigation of an incident that occurred in Windham Township in 2011.

Miranda Hamilton, 23, Sugar Run, PA, was sentenced to probation for a term of one year, she will also lose her driver's license for 12 months, for the offenses of Possession with Intent to Deliver, a felony and Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor. Officer John Hennessy of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Hamilton for the offense in March 2013. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics Unit arrested Hamilton following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wyalusing Township in 2012.

Matthew Jenner, 30, New Albany, PA, was resentenced following revocation of a sentence of Probation to Probation for a term of one year; he will also lose his driver's license for 12 months for the offense of Criminal Trespass, a felony of the third degree and Criminal Mischief, a misdemeanor of the third degree.

Trooper Joshua Fisher Pennsylvania State Police arrested Jenner following investigation of an incident that occurred in New Albany Borough.

Matthew Jenner, 30, New Albany, PA, was sentenced to Probation for a term of four years and a fine of $200.00 for the offense of Simple Assault, a misdemeanor of the second degree and False Imprisonment, a misdemeanor of the second degree and Driving under Suspension, a summary offense. Trooper Michael Moser of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Jenner following investigation of an incident that occurred in New Albany Borough.

Bradley Stroud, 37, Athens, PA, was sentenced to a total term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from seven days to 23 ½ months, and Probation for a term of four years; he will also lose his driver's license for six months, for the offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Agents of the Bradford County Drug Task Force arrested Stroud for the offense in May 11, 2012.

Walter Bump III, 29, Towanda, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility of from six months to 24 months, for the offense of Disorderly Conduct, a misdemeanor of the third degree and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Deputy Brian Wibirt of the Bradford County Sherriff's Office arrested Bump for the offense in May 7, 2013.

Ethan Meagley, 23, Susquehanna, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 48 hours to six months and a fine of $500, he will also lose his driver's license for 12 months, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Sergeant James Shaw of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Meagley for the offense in Oct. 17, 2011.

Thomas Shock, 37, Towanda, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from three months to 12 months and a fine of $25, for an offense of Disorderly Conduct, a misdemeanor of the third degree and Public Drunkenness, a summary offense. Officer Bruce Hoffman of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Shock for the offense in July 5, 2013.

Kelly Hart, 43, Towanda, PA, was sentenced to Probation for a term of two years; she will also lose her driver's license for six months, for the offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, also a misdemeanor. Sergeant David Lantz of the Towanda Borough Police Department arrested Hart for the offense in May 10, 2013.

Brian Carey, 32, Towanda, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 72 hours to six months, and a fine of $1000, he will also lose his driver's license for 12 months, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Trooper Brandon Allis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Carey following investigation of an incident that occurred in Burlington Township in Nov. 5, 2012.

Dana Martin, 35, Towanda, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from six months to 23 ½ months, for the offense of Simple Assault, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Trooper Kevin Hibson of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Martin following investigation of an incident that occurred in Rome Borough in May 11, 2013.

Leslie Gallagher, 42, Sayre, PA, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 13 days to 23 ½ months, he was also ordered to pay restitution of $480, for the offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony, Criminal Use of an Communication Facility, a felony of the third degree and Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics arrested Gallagher following investigation of an incident that occurred in Sayre Borough.

Rebecca Rees, 37, Towanda, PA, was sentenced to Probation for a term of three years; she was also ordered to pay restitution of $675 she will also lose her driver's license for six months, for the offenses of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony. Agents of the Pennsylvania State Police Vice and Narcotics arrested Rees following invesitagation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Borough.

Michael Vetetoe, 36, Tennessee, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 30 days to 12 months, and a fine of $500, for the offense of Disorderly Conduct, a misdemeanor of the third degree. Trooper Mark Sadowski of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Vetetoe following investigation of an incident that occurred in Tuscarora Township.

Theodore Hayes, 68, Owego, NY, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from 72 hours to six months, and Probation for a term of two years, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol and Recklessly Endangering another Person. Trooper Kevin Hibson of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Hayes following investigation of an incident that occurred in Ulster Township.

Randy S. Knolles, 40, Laceyville, PA, was sentenced to Probation for a term of 12 months; he was also ordered to perform 60 hours of community service, for the offense of Criminal Trespass, a felony. Trooper Matthew Grebeck of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Knolles following invesitagation of an incident that occurred in Monroe Township.

Penny Lyn Sullivan, 46, Tennessee, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from eight months to 18 months, and a fine of $500, she will also lose her driver's license for six months, for the offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Oxycodone). Trooper Michael Adams of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Sullivan following investigation of an incident that occurred in November 2012.

Rosemary Johnson, 43, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty to Driving under the Influence of Alcohol

Johnson will be sentenced in March 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Joshua Fisher of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Johnson following investigation of an incident that occurred in March in West Burlington Township.

Rosemary Johnson, 43, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol. Trooper Brandon Allis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Johnson following investigation of an incident that occurred in April in Sheshequin Township.

Allen Bright, 51, Quakertown, PA, charged with Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation, Bright will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department, which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Bright must perform community service with the DUI Little Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel; he will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days. Officer Jason Serfas of the Athens Township Police Department filed the charges in Sept. 2, 2013 for the offense in Athens Township.

Randy V. Foust, 51, Canton, PA, entered a plea of guilty to Indecent Assault, a misdemeanor of the first degree.

Foust will be sentenced on April 28, 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department and an evaluation by the State Sexual Offender Assessment Board. Trooper David Pelachick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Foust following investigation of the incident that occurred in Canton, Pa, Canton Borough Police Department also participated in the investigation.

Zachary Lawson, 28, formerly of Troy, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Involuntary Manslaughter.

Lawson will be sentenced on March 6, 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Charges were filed by the former Chief Kyle Wisel of the Troy Borough Department following investigation into the death in July 2011 of the victim from use of heroin provided by Lawson. Lawson was apprehended in 2013.

Neil Todd Fox, 31, Sellersville, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offenses of two counts of Reckless Endangering, misdemeanor of the second degree and Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor.

Fox will be sentenced on March 6, 2014, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Michael Moser of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Fox following investigation of an incident that occurred in August 2012 in Burlington Township.
